The variety is excellent, amazing deals. However, the trail room lady spoke rudely to me this afternoon, she must having a hard day. This has happened the 2nd time in this store, last time it was a rude cashier. Whoever is hiring the staff, could you please give them a 2 day class of how to talk with courtesy and kindness with customers?. Thanks.

This Marshall’s is my fav. I always go here to shop. However there is some cashier aren’t nice. There was this young girl in customer service. She was extreme rude and disrespectful. She had headphones on and using her phone while she was scanning my merchandise. That wasn’t professional at all. She didn’t even say thank you after I was leaving. I was waiting for receipt but she was busy with her phone. If you don’t like your job then don’t work. Stay home use phone all day long. Oh well I don’t know how come managers allow them to use phone and listening music while working ? It was unacceptable. I am really upset about this. I would never go this cashier again. I wish I don’t give one star.

The customer service at this Marshall location lacks courtesy. I received a GF pastry that tasted like soap as a gift. I stopped by to exchange it for another product and the checkout clerk said she would ask her manager. The manager stared at us in disbelief and mocked us for trying to exchange/return something that had been previously opened. There's no need to be disrespectful and unprofessional. A simple explanation would suffice.
