“The best experience I've ever had with purchasing blinds. I was skeptical about not going to a showroom first like the old days before COVID. Turns out that was a waste of time I was doing in the past. Nathan had everything in his vehicle and knew absolutely everything about windows and blinds. He was a huge help. The removal of the old blinds and install of the new went great. I won't hesitate to call them in the future. BTW, I purchased the bottom up, top down cellular shades. Very nice!”

“The customer service was phenomenal. Every employee I've dealt with, throughout the process of picking my bedroom set and having it delivered, was extremely positive and tentative.
James' attitude and knowledge were exceptional. He helped out a lot in picking out the suitable bedroom set for my wife and I. He also made sure that the pieces would all fit nicely in the designated room.
Jose, the person who handled and assembled the furniture, was very caring and patient. Jose was fast and did an excellent job.
The person who orchestrated my furniture to be delivered, I believe his name was Fared, was very informative and helpful.
I will definitely be coming back to furnish the rest of my house. Thank you for the great customer service and for the beautiful furniture!”
“This store is such a blessing to have in Vienna! It's helped me expand my efforts to take care of our earth. First I was introduced to the washing machine sheets so I don't have to get the big detergent packages. Now I also use the dryer balls so I don't purchase the dryer sheets that don't compost. I learn about new products constantly there and always feel uplifted as I leave. I look forward to going back, almost hoping I'll run out of something sooner, lol.There's a discussion about a native plant swap later in April also. I enjoy their events, and educational as well.”

After, some exploring and selecting pieces that we both loved Nazee informed us that she was available to meet with us individually at each of our homes the following morning for a free one-on-one design session. We both obliged because her personality match ours and it felt like we were long lost friends. Personally, I feel that I have impeccable taste and her vision helped me to see what I otherwise would have not seen. What led me to their site was the fact that the product was way cheaper than the competitors & their shipping timeframe was promising. About a week later, I received the item and it was perfect! They also had quality cards for special occasions, and many unique items - and all for a good value - that really made me appreciate this store. It's a shop that's worth coming by over and over again, whenever I'm in the area to see what finds for sale the owner has managed to pull out of the top hat. And this isn't a second-hand shop.”

“Parking is terrible especially since they ripped out the playground in the center median strip. Has bragging rights as an upscale shopping plaza with the Apple store, Williams-Sonoma, Pottery Barn and crate & barrel, but feels like something's missing. Maybe a Chick-fil-A would help?”
