“I had a two sizable dents in the rear passenger's door of my GMC Sierra 1500. Because the vehicle is white I had a hard time capturing the dent in a photo, I drove down to the shop and got an estimate immediately. Once we were able to set the appointment date and time the dents were removed as promised and at the price quoted.”

“FX Collision paint-matched a plastic, after-market spoiler perfectly, making it look identical to my aluminum Mustang, removed the OEM 'spoiler delete' and the back-up camera mounted in it, installed the spoiler and the back-up camera, and calibrated the camera so it functions and displays exactly as before. Their shop being co-located with Wraps on Whips was very helpful in that I could take the car into one place to get a spoiler installed by FX Collision and the stripes installed by Wraps on Whips at the same time.”
“The Fairfax Auto Repair staff was very nice, courteous, and helpful, from Rebecca scheduling the service to Steve and Fernando explaining and fixing the check engine light problem that had been troubling my Lincoln MKC for a year that even Lincoln and another car service couldn't fix. They diagnosed and fixed my engine misfire problem by performing a camshaft and crankshaft relearn; and my car has been running smoothly ever since, and no more check engine light turning on. They also fixed a transmission fluid overfilled caused by a previous service with another company. Thank you very much Fairfax Auto Repair! Highly recommended!”

“I highly recommend this location. I was sitting in my car in a parking lot when I got hit. I've been driving for 20 years and it was my first accident, so I really didn't know what to expect. I called Caliber and scheduled the repair quickly... Dropped it off on a Monday and it was ready to pick up by Thursday! Couldn't believe it. They also work closely with the Enterprise car rental down the road and I was able to leave the rental there when I picked up my car. I received text updates daily, too, on the repair progress. Everyone working was also super nice. Not even two weeks after being hit, my car was back to normal. I hope I don't get in an accident again.....but if I do, I'd go here again!”
