This morning, I came here with my son to get eyes exam and new glasses
Nancy is so kind and nice , she checked all information and my son get service right away

Highly recommend
After waiting for 2 weeks, I don’t get any information about glasses so I called them and they say they can’t find my son glasses even his name is not on the records?
I bring a receipt and all the proof to the store

I visited the Bailey's Crossroads America's Best Eyeglass location on Saturday, August 21, 2024, and I was thoroughly impressed. The store had a professional and coordinated appearance, with all employees dressed in unison and those not directly attending to customers were ready to assist.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Clarence, a young man who demonstrated exceptional customer service. Despite having been with the company for less than a month, Clarence was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to show me a variety of frames and was more than happy to help me select the perfect pair. His pleasant demeanor and willingness to assist made the entire process smooth and enjoyable.
If you're in need of eyewear and want to feel confident in your choice, I highly recommend visiting Bailey's Crossroads America's Best Eyeglass and asking for Clarence. He truly goes above and beyond—he ROCKS!
