I traded in an iPhone that was a year old for a samsung a year ago. My trade-in was never shipped to verizon. I have been pursuing this for over a year. I was unable to claim my rebate. This store will not admit to the wrong doing. There was text messages between me in the previous employee which was sent to the store discussing the return of the phone. The employee after him said there was phone in his draw that fit the description. Management refused to talk to me and the owner will not call me. They stole my iPhone and refused to discuss it. Never do business with this store. It's one thing to forget to send a phone in but to not acknowledging your mistake and don't care to fix it!!! Shady, dishonest, and disgraceful.

the new management really has a good head on their shoulders. it's a lot cleaner and even smells better. Definitely check it out when you get a chance.

Please go to a corporate Verizon store. THIS PLACE CHARGES YOU WAY HIGHER THAN A VERIZON CORPPRATE STORE…. This store is not a true Verizon store.

Traded in my phone on December 26, 2023 at this location. Employee accessed my account and told me that my phone was traded in. Verizon states that they never received my trade in and are charging me for the trade in credit I was supposed to receive. Russell Cellular has been unhelpful in resolving situation. Do not go to this store unless you want your trade in taken and not given to Verizon.

Rachel was a absolute delight to work with. Very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand what was going on. My order was put in wrong to begin with and she was able to get it straight. I was so glad she was there to help me. By far the best customer service rep I've worked with.

The third time I’ve drove to this store and it not be open when it says. Website says 9am. Sign on door says 9 am sign in window says 10am. I always wait til after 10 and they are still not open! Poor poor business!!!

Just spent my gas and time to go to the store in aylett to upgrade my phones, says it opens at 9:00, the lady inside said she's not open until 11:00 if this is how Verizon does business you don't want my business. There's other providers out there !

I’d just like to give a big round of applause to the team here! The manager, Coby, was particularly nice. While getting my new phone, he made sure I understood everything and even told me about any promotions I had. He was very patient with me because my old phone company, Straight Talk, was being difficult. Thank you Coby! I’ll be back again!

I would like to applaud the great customer service I found at this location. Specifically with Joushua, and Danielle. Both team members were knowledgeable, and helpful, and exuded a wonderfully congenial work attitude. I have also seen them tactfully aid numerous customers at a time, without becoming frustrated, or losing their focus. I highly recommend going here to get the best quality of service, if you are a Verizon customer.

I just got a new iPhone and David helped me. He is very professional and knowledgeable, as well as personable. Danielle was there, too; and she is wonderful. I recommend Russell Verizon highly!
