Don’t call if you need to get pulled out of mud in semi they charge 1500$ which is ridiculous cause there’s barely any towing around area it’s just extortion

The guys were amazing, today was my first experience going to them and I called early morning to see if they had any availability to put on all 4 tires on my truck, they let me come right in and put them on for me! Stopped by to ask about putting brakes on the front of my truck and monkey, the mechanic said "bring her on in" and now I stop the ole Cummins on a 50 cent piece. And if you're looking for a kitten for your daughter or your special spoiled rotten little granddaughter, Collins Service Center can fix you right up!

We were referred to Collins Service Center by CoachNet, our RV insurance company. CoachNet spoke to a man named Dale about us bringing it in to have to generator repaired. According to the three voicemails on my cell phone, Dale told CoachNet we could bring it in for repair. I called and confirmed with Dale myself that we would be bringing it in and CoachNet would be financially responsible for the repair. When we arrived that same day, my other half confirmed in person with Dale that CoachNet would be paying for the repair because he is a disabled veteran on a limited income so if CoachNet didn’t approve, we would not be repairing it. When the RV was ready, we were told we had a bill of $457.53. When I called to ask about the charges and told the lady about CoachNet and Dale, she became hostile and told me they don’t do CoachNet claims and hung up on me. I had my other half call back and you wouldn’t believe how nice she was to him on the phone! Because Collins Service Center didn’t clear the charges with CoachNet OR US, we were only reimbursed part of the bill and were able to find the SAME PARTS online for a FRACTION of what we were charged, with free shipping… we were charged $24.95 for freight.. $35 for a fuel filter I found for $16, and $89 for a fuel pump I found for $35. I have filed a complaint with the FTC because 40 years is too long to be screwing people over and I hope no one else has to ever go through this nightmare.
