“I went into this store for the first time today. Due to the weight I have gained over the last year. I have hated everything I’ve tried on so I just stopped shopping. It just gives me severe anxiety and depression even thinking I need to go shopping.A friend of mine said why don’t you try Cato (always saw the store but never went in), in Ashland and when I tell you that I am so happy I did that I now have a new outlook on what actually looks good on my body shape! It has also made me rethink that everything looks horrible one me!Aida and Patsy (Please forgive me if I am incorrect on the names), helped me the entire time, made me try on clothes I never would have, and I now have close to an entire new wardrobe! I have never loved clothes on me at this weight until now, and I cannot tell you how grateful I am to these two women, not only giving me their honest opinion but making me come out of my comfort zone, I’m now going to be a regular shopper in the store.As I am a big customer service person myself, I was floored and to be honest, very emotional for the kindness they showed me and time they gave. Their help today was beyond anything I could have asked for! It has truly made my shopping experience one I will not forget for a long time and now won’t be afraid to just try something on.Thank you ladies from the bottom of my heart!!”

“The good: they have a ton of boots to try on, etc. Have purchased several pairs of boots here. Always dealt with helpful staff.

Docking a star because on my most recent purchase I noticed the in-store price was $20 bucks higher than the online price of the boots I ended up buying. The manager came in and adjusted the price but be sure to check what you are buying! Manager apologized but there needs to be consistency between online and in store advertised prices.”

She helped me determine the correct sizing, and locate the best choice for me. I’m thankful there were many reps available to help, but Catherine’s effort, and courtesy is why I’m leaving the review.
