What a joke of a company. Their driver smashed my flower boxes during a 12.000$ delivery and they didn't even apologized. Actually, their Transportation Manager called me a liar. Like after having bought 12.000$ in one delivery (C.O.D.) I wanted to scam them out of 1,000$ damage. Right..... well, there are other more honest companies selling wines around here, I guess Winebow is out of my list

As a regional wine brand, we were excited to work with Winebow to supply our Virginia market. After learning why our sales were starting to slow, when other distributors sales were surging, we went out in the field to find out why. We learned and took evidence that their reps were putting other brands wine SKU'S stickers over our wine SKU's on the shelves and putting their wine in our shelf space in our biggest selling stores. Highly recommend never working with this company. So much talk and potential to lure us on board - so little effort for their local wine brands.

Yes Over night parking available on street or by the entrance lazy workers I was there 7pm for 8pm appointment got out by 11pm I was the only truck in yard

After 45 years of doing business in the DC area I am running a new Italian restaurant in Vienna VA. Because I know the value of the portfolio of Winebow I tried for one week to contact some to open an account via e mail or phone and today finally I did make it to the phone. But what a horror of customer service. I was transfer to 4 different person on the same department first. Then One person started to take my name and phone number to open account. But then she transfer me to a different person that finally pass me to a tape recorder. As a result no account yet but I waisted 30 minutes of my time
