Wells Fargo's recent failures in both fundamental services and customer assistance left me deeply disappointed. The absence of wire transfer capability, a basic banking feature, is alarming for a major institution. Additionally, my visits to two branches revealed a startling lack of available bankers, reflecting poorly on the bank's commitment to customer support. Until Wells Fargo addresses these deficiencies, I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking reliable banking services.

This branch is absolutely horrible. The associate Emily is very unprofessional and need retraining. She held up the line and told me that I can't deposit money into a business account because my name isn't on the account. I had to show her the receipt from her completing this same transaction last month and she still gave me a hard time.

Might be the worst customer service I have ever received. Walked in to open an additional account and was told that they were too busy and to go online and schedule an appointment. There was no-one else in the bank, but they were too busy. You can't make this stuff up. Ridiculous !!!

This particular Branch of Wells Fargo is rude and condescending to customers and is not interested in good customer service. There are other branches around town that are much higher quality, and the extra drive is worth not doing business at this location

It’s just really terrible,I went to this bank today, do the drive through deposit for my husband’s account, I have my money in the envelope , after the banker got money, she told me can’t do it, because I don’t have names on the account,she Can try to do other way , but I don’t want to do it, so she gave money back to me in the envelope,after that I drive to home,when I just got home count the money, you know what, missing one $50 Dollar bill, and I call the bank right away, you know what,they said they don’t have it. It’s so awful, i never know a bank can do like this since now, I want my $50 back??????

I seem to always have an issue at this branch. But drive to the next wells Fargo and every thing goes thur with no wait!! I really try to avoid this location but only one in Ashland. Really should try to help customers better..get more staff.

This location ATM is ALWAYS down and not working, every time I go to this ATM and that is often it is out of service, so I had to use another ATM and got charged for it

This branch is terrible. I can never get anything resolved in an efficient manner.There is always a long wait to get serviced.Wells Fargo overall is problematic.
