“Dr. Linda is very thorough and explains everything ensuring the pet owner understands. She is very compassionate and has a lot of empathy for the owners and the animals. The wait can be long at times but I know she is giving other people the time they need like she did with my mother and now with me. The supporting staff is just as awesome as she is. They are very compassionate, organized, and keep the office going in top notch fashion. From the ladies at the front desk to the technicians. You can tell the staff enjoys their job. “I had the best experience with my dog Cash today! My mom was the one in charge of all of Cash's vet care and sadly she passed away almost a year ago. Everyone I encountered today was extremely understanding and compassionate. Dr. Gretchen was amazing! “I have been bringing Bayou (hound lab beagle pit mix) to Chennault for several years for boarding, vaccines, and wellness checks. Sometime I think he loves them more than me ??. This last visit he had a nagging cough, needed a vaccine and he was there for boarding. I was able to enjoy my vacay knowing he was in good hands and would be getting a pup cup! I picked him up and left with the meds and home care instructions for the doc! We're happy!

They helped me out with cat food and dog food I have a great pyrenees and she needs a lot of food. I was so happy that I could come home and feed my animals and make them happy.
