Wow Ta Mechanics are the worst, upfront really don't care what if someone needs something,
Needed to change one tire checked in 3am, mechanic taking 4 plus hour to just change one tire, actually I have been counting he smoked more cigarettes than he does any work. Every 10 minutes he smoke cigarette,
Very unprofessional totally not recommended, stay away.

if i can put less than one star i will worst repair shop ever my trailer was inside the shop for 8 days for bushings and some wheel seal they took apart everything without securing parts first and we wait for a week for they to get parts and they never did we end up my driver driving to Richmond,VA to get parts

The staff at this TA has always been so friendly and helpful. They treat the public and their customers with the utmost respect and always seem to go above and beyond to help the public. I'm a very happy traveler thanks to their staff. Top notch!

I come here a lot to buy fuel and stay overnight, been coming here for many years. This morning I go into the men’s restroom and when I go to wash up all the paper towel dispenser are empty, that’s right all 3. So I say to the girl that they are empty and she tells me that she hasn’t got to it yet. Then I go to the other men’s restroom and the 2 dispensers are also empty. Then I say to the girl that they are empty too and then I said this is a total joke!!!! But there is a dispenser by the coffee and it has paper towels in it. If there wasn’t any there my choice would have been the ladies room, I bet paper towels in there. Something totally wrong here.

No cashier waited 5 minutes. Lady said it will be a little bit as she helped the sales guy stock. Poor customer service.

2 toilets for 300 truckers parking. So hot inside is like an incubator. Growing bacteria. I need a shower after stopping here. Good luck. Wash your hands. The food workers don't here.

Didn’t want to give that how does travel center not have any mechanics on duty in all I’ve never experienced anything like this needed a steer tire changed no one could do it. The guy behind the counter didn’t even wanna allow me to use the air machine so I can at least put some air in my tire.TA you are too big of a corporation not to be able to fill your shops with mechanics. One of the things drivers look for. Y’all have to get better. Travel centers. Not even air holes at the pumps that were available and working.

No showers cleaned in over an hour! 7 dirty, empty showers and nobody cleaning them. Nothing but excuses from staff. Absolutely unsatisfactory!!!!

I wouldn’t eat at this burger place inside the TA and if you do watch your debit card.. Your 14.99 meal will turn into a 20 meal and they will change your tip on your receipt and it will happen overnight!! If your going to eat which the meal wasn’t that good I would pay cash and pay attention at the guy at the register!!
