TA Truck stop in ashland Va address 10134 Lewiston Rd , They have bad customer services , I checked in for my truck front axle alignment , they put me on list waiting , They called me after two days and said Are u still here and I said I am still here in TA waiting on ur call and they said just wait again and I am still waiting. I am working in amazon ,and since yesterday I avoid to accept long run trip load because my semi truck needed to check front axle alignment . So never come in here to lose your time .

This trash whole is such a disrespect to truck drivers. $16.00 for a shower and they are the nastiest looking showers I have ever seen. Some kind of slimy brown filth at the bottom of the walls. I stood on a towel the entire time in the shower room. No one takes pride in owning anything nice anymore and the owners of this dump express that every day. TA should be embarrassed to put their name on the building.

While waiting for a repair, no one called to advise me that I would not be able to be seen until late evening; when I checked in around 8pm the day before.
This was disappointing since the TA USE to be my go to.

Woah this place is horrible. This is by far the worst truck stop I have been to. The parking lot has pot holes everywhere. The Popeyes and Pizza Hut inside is missing 95% of their menu. The showers as you can see are disgusting. Yet they have the nerve to charge drivers $16 for it. I will definitely NOT be revisiting this place again.

Waiting for 2 days for a tire to be replaced…
After 2 days of waiting they say we had to send the mechanic on road call.. we are still waiting..
Once they finally call us for a tire to be replaced they say that they have to go get the tires form another TA.
We start complaining lady hang up on me..
Everyone from there they need to pack and go home
Very unprofessional people and it takes them forever

Had to go to a different shop a day after having a DOT inspection done here.
Hub seal leaking, 3 tires failed inspection and all 4 brakes as well.
They didn’t check or do anything

FIX THE SINK HOLES IN YOUR PARKING LOT!!!!!!!! As much money as this place charges for fuel, food and drinks they could pave it in gold!!! FIX THE HOLES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently visited TA and was appalled by the behavior of the white shorty woman working at the fuel desk. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by her racist and rude attitude. It's disheartening to encounter such unprofessionalism in any establishment. I urge management to address this issue promptly and replace her with someone who embodies professionalism and respect for all customers, regardless of race or background.?????

Stopped to fuel our motorhome using Mudflap. Usually, don't stop at the big truck stops because the fuel is priced higher to cover their expenses to take care of the truck drivers. Got $.51 per gallon discount using Mudflap, which made the fuel$3.52 per gallonThere was no wait. Easy in and out@
