I liked the company so much that, in addition to being a customer, I'm now an employee. This company is good to their customers and good to their employees, and I'm quite happy to be both.

Home Depot shorted me 28 bags of top soil and 2 bags of mulch on my delivery. So that's about $90 worth of goods I paid for that I didn't receive... and I paid $89 for delivery on top of that for them to rip me off. I'm out $180. I was there when the delivery driver delivered 3 pallets. A couple hours later when I had a chance to inspect the delivery doc and count the inventory, I noticed the delivery doc said to expect 5 pallets. That's when I counted and noticed how much Home Depot shorted me. Btw, only 3 pallets where delivered. I called Home Depot Ashland and explained the situation politely. The rep was polite, took down my info, and promised that she or her manager would call me back right away. That was 12 hours ago... so it looks like they ripped me off and won't do anything about it. If they correct their mistake asap, I'll update this review accordingly. Otherwise, I'll never do business with them again. For the moment, I'm very displeased with them for shorting me $90 worth of goods; it delays my project because I don't have all the materials I paid for. Also very displeased that they promised to call me right back and it looks like they're just gonna blow off my loss. I guess some employee is enjoying the goods I paid for. Thieves. TIP: Never order large amounts of goods from Home Deport Ashland. Ya can't trust them to deliver what you pay for.

Home Depot has zero customer service. They have been absolutely terrible to deal with regarding appliances. Their employees are not properly trained and provide false information that ended up costing me a lot of money due to their mistake. I will never shop at Home Depot ever again.

Very Bad experience today with Home Depo . Bought a toilet and first find the toilet seat is broken - I go back they replace it . Meanwhile my plumber installed the toilet on the second floor of my house . After some time there is a leak going through our dining room - the plumber is called again - He finds a crack on the base of the toilet . Now he has to rip the toilet apart , carry it downstairs and we take it to home Depo . All they can do is replace the toilet . No account for the extra waste of time , the inconvenience caused and the damage to my formal dining room ceiling . i would avoid them now

I blacklisted Home Depot ages ago and today I realized why! They follow their own rules!!! They never really enforced mask wearing, the many times during the beginning of the pandemic when I was there. Prior to the pandemic you could never find anyone to assist you with anything, and after the pandemic it's like a zombie apocalypse. Many of the staff are rude, ill-prepared and their system is antiquated! GOD forbid you are a Woman needing assistance, I hope you are not bombarded with the Mansplainers, who treat you like an idiot (when they are clueless). My experiences at Home Depot, especially this location are always met with contempt and disdain! I thought only Wells Fargo had that effect on me. I'm going to have to go a different route for my home repair needs (Lowes is out too!)! Another one bites the dust

I do not what is happening with Home Depot. If we go to the store is a mess to get items and a most of time after spent a lot of time looking for the item they are out of stock, means they are not working in the inventory. On the other hand to get an employee to help you is another big headache, and spend of time. Therefore, Home Depot is very far from the use to be.

Arguably the WORST experience I've ever had in Home Depot or any store and I mean EVER. The absolute worst customer service I have seen in my 32 years. I literally only came here for a new propane tank and had my family not needed it to finish grilling I would have went to a store 100 miles away than come here. The worst $14.98 I've ever spent. We walked in and a little light skinned girl near the door I approached calm and politely, "hi, do you know where we can get a new propane tank?" Her response, very rude, "first of all, take that outside"... I took the propane tank outside and waited for her to help....never heard anymore. I walked back inside and asked another lady, very politely, "hi, do you know where we can get a new propane tank?" Her response "yep give me a minute" Nothing 10 minutes later..... During this 10 minute wait, I waited near customer service and was completely ignored by an older white male, and 3 white women. Outside, a white woman came out, I asked politely "are you able to help us get a new propane tank?" VERY dismissive she responded "you will have to wait" she proceeded to help someone else and then finished and ignored us. As a black male, who acted very professional and calm the ENTIRE time, this was incredibly disappointing because had I been loud and obnoxious I would have gotten all the attention in the world. We waited another 10 minutes no help... Also note there were employees everywhere literally standing around not doing anything... I went to the lady working at the self checkout for help she was able to help me purchase the propane tank and then over the loud speaker asked can someone help outside at the propane tanks.... NO ONE EVER CAME! My cousin had to go find another employee and ask for help PLEASE. We finally got a tank in a transaction that should have taken less than 5 minutes turns out to be over 30 because of immensely poor customer service. Will NEVER SHOP AT HOME DEPOT AGAIN AND WILL DO WHATEVER I CAN TO MAKE SURE THE WORLD SEES THE CULTURE OF THIS BUSINESS. I wish I could give no stars but it won't let me leave the review...just know the one star is solely for review purposes.

Once again HD doesn't have what i need in stock. Leaving me to once again go to Lowes which is further away because they do. The story will continue to focus on holiday BS items and forget they're a HARDWARE STORE! So much business is lost because of this because while i'm getting the item i need at another store I also get the other items i need at the same place. I wish they would just shutdown and let another store take its place.

Suggest you rent tools elsewhere. While the service is acceptable, the guys running the department must make commission off the cleaning fees. I returned a power rake and because there was dirt left in the tire treads, I was charged a fee. Ridiculous. Having rented power rakes and aerators for years from the broad street location, this charge is asinine.

Just want to shout out Antoine and Parker for helping me with a ridiculous number of cuts today. They were very helpful. I do wish the gentleman at the front door had been wearing a mask, along with many team members who were either not wearing one or wearing one incorrectly. I worry they are putting themselves at risk, along with the guests.

Worst customer service in human history. The manager "TJ was a complete j*** along with the guy that loaded our order "Wayne"the order that they messed up. Two male chauvinistic pigs. Will never be back to this location again. What happened to customer service and wanting to help the customers AFTER your employees already messed up their order. Disrespectful Childish behavior. Do not waste your time, sanity and money with these jerks.
