I visited this store on a Saturday while visiting the Ashland area doing the Thrift/Antique thing and while this shop is neither , it's a great little store with loads to see for your home and both my friend and I made purchases. There was a cart with 50% off and I bought some realistic fern branches that you'd pay $6 a piece for in some home goods store and they were a dollar each. I saw beautiful marked china bowls for $2 each. The furniture in the store is incredible, and the place smells wonderful from the soaps for sale. The area this place is located in is very peaceful and picturesque, Ashland is beautiful.

Picked up Annie Sloan’s Olive Chalk Paint and it was a success. 2 coats covered this previously painted door. The color is a true olive green. Couldn’t be more accurate. Gave it a rustic look.

If I owned a furniture/home décor business, I'd model it after Thrill of the Hunt! I not only love the name of this unique home goods shop, but I love that it's in the quaint community of Ashland and that it stocks inventory from local craftspeople. The wooden farm tables, cutting boards, lazy Susans, rolling pins, utensils, wine racks and shelves are masterfully crafted and designed. They carry an array of hand painted glass and pottery as well as kitchenware. You may spot a handmade toy, homemade totes, kitchen towels, bag holders, or some hand knitted accessories. Also found on the shelves of this cute shop are coffee and tea related items, even coffee soap! You'll find beautiful seasonal decorations like wreaths and ornaments as well as baskets and tins. They stock a nice choice of lamps, chairs, accent pieces, vases, centerpieces and table scapes. You may discover the perfect piece of artwork for your home, or that special piece of jewelry that speaks to you! TOTH is known too, for their custom painted furniture, if you have an item that needs a facelift, or would just like to add a pop of color to your home, they can help! Have you heard of Chalk Paint by Annie Sloan? Well, their collection of paints is amazing! So many colors to brighten your world! They even hold classes for you DIY folks! Yes, Thrill of the Hunt is certainly worth the drive! You'll be thrilled you came!!

So helpful and insightful with all her products and both owners answered every question we had and was so very helpful with out being pushy. Will use them over and over again for my art supplies not to mention the store is just beautiful.
