I had a fantastic experience using Susan McLauchlan Jewelers for my fiancée’s engagement ring! I brought them the diamonds for a 3-stone ring and they helped me with getting a custom ring and setting. They were helpful in the design, had great communication, and it was even completed ahead of the estimate. The ring turned out stunning, the diamonds are showcased incredibly well, and I couldn’t be happier with the overall experience and result!!

Since I found Susan I have gone no where else! She has fixed my jewelry, remade several pieces, and even redid my wedding g ring for my 25th anniversary. I would go nowhere else! I just picked up my wedding ring which had cracked (unbeknownst to me - I went in to have it cleaned), and she not only fixed the crack, but tightened all of the prongs and cleaned it beyond recognition. All of this and did not even charge me! These guys are top notch!

Love having an independent jeweler that really takes care of your precious pieces! I had my engagement ring & necklace cleaned, and he's having a ring resized. Great service and the sweet dog that greets you is just adorable!!
