It's just disappointing to hear people treat people wrong.
Yes the breakfast was HORRIBLE I paid close to 40 dollars and it all was half cold!

Ladies room was clean, but the men's room (according to my partner) was super gross, and one of the sinks didn't work. Otherwise the store is well stocked and spacious, with a large seating area.

ordered nachos here, and the lady behind the counter made them beautifully, not skimming on portions of toppings and tortilla chips at all. it tasted amazing. shoutout to whoever they are :)

The Tesla superchargers were very busy. There are 8 250kWh chargers, we were there around 8:30pm. We took the last charger. However shortly after pulling in some of the others left. Over the past year I have never had to wait or been to a fully used supercharger. The bathrooms were clean and there are good options for a light meal or snack.

Tried to get curly fries and 2 orders of swingz Sunday afternoon ... 5pm-ish. They dropped one wing on the ground taking it from the fryer to the carry out box. I was waiting 15 minutes at this point. Went out to the car to wait. Came in after 10 minutes. Manager saw me, asked fry cook about my order. His comment was 'I see him waiting there'. So, I stood around and continued to wait. 5 more minutes, another guy walks in, they seem to know him. He gets handed his wings. So I ask about my order. Fry cook gets mad and says he filled the order, it's at the order counter. OK, he said he saw me and I'm waiting at the pick up counter. Why is this a confusing situation. Anyways, I got the order ... one hot wing, 23 cold wings and soggy fries. Not coming back.

Food is pretty good, but....you're supposed to remove the paper wrapper from the cheese slices before you put it on the sandwich!!!

We stopped to charge at a Tesla charger here and went inside Sheetz to use the restrooms. Thankful that they had a clean Women’s bathroom.My husband said the Men’s bathroom wasn’t as nice/clean as the photos I showed him from the Women’s bathroom. The one thing to recommend is to try to keep the Men’s bathroom cleaner. He said it was icky, the floors, the smell. The more I talk to my husband, it seems that most places don’t have clean bathrooms or aren’t kept clean throughout the day, which is unfortunate.Adding photos from inside Sheetz to show the items for purchase.We usually choose to stop at this location when traveling to Richmond from NoVA, since Sheetz has a 250kw Tesla chargers and the next closest Tesla charger going south is a 150kw.

Entry way was dirty, the store was dirty, restrooms were clean. We got the 2 for$5.00 breakfast burritos and hash browns $7.50 total. It wasn’t worth it the burritos are super small and you get 4 hash rounds (they were very good).

Very Good Gas and EV charging station with good Shop, very neat and clean hygienic, Very good staff with very good behaviour and attitude giving prompt response and services, Tesla's charging station is also clean. Really appreciate

Horrible customer service. Rude cashier, rude to elderly man beside me, as we as me. Then the person in charge told me to leave without listening to what happened.
