I am on my fourth vehicle from Sheehy and that is only because of the sales person I work with. The service department is the worst I have ever dealt with, as matter fact I drive all the way to Richmond to go to Sheehy over there where they are 100% better.
I just bought a 2024 Ford Explorer, and had a problem with the sunroof. I dropped it off at Sheehe to be fixed and get a video of the service person looking at it and saying there is nothing wrong with it. Even in the video, you can see a good size gap in the sunroof. However, the service person Tells me that he went out to an identical car in the parking lot and examine the sunroof and they were exactly the same, they are supposed to be that way.
After getting manage involved, they determined that it was indeed broken and had to order two pieces for it.
How many people would have just excepted the answer of the technician and moved on and ended up having problems with their sunroof!
I have had them lie to me back in 2017 or 2018. I bought a F250 diesel. It was a year old and it had 37 inch tires on it. It also had a valid inspection sticker. Fast forward a year I take it back asking that they just fix the speedometer and they said they do not have the program for it as the computer and everything had been tampered with. They also said when they sold it to me, it had a bad inspection sticker and then I bought it as is.
I went in the glove box and found where the inspection was indeed rejected by Sheehy, Ford and Ashland, but then I found where a couple days later it was taken to a small shop just down the road from Sheehy and reinspected and passed. So basically, they shopped around until they found somebody who would pass it.
Again, if it wasn’t for Sheri, the person I deal with to sell me these vehicles, I would not step foot on the property.

I've now had two service appointments at Sheehy Ashland since moving to the area in May. Tammy Wyche and her associates are fabulous! I'm glad I can continue my practice of service at a Ford dealership with confidence and peace of mind.

My experience at Sheehy was excellent. Farid was a good consultant and helped in the selection of the car. Erick was amazing with the financing.
I don't speak English well, but I understood what they told me about the conditions of the car, the warranty, and the other questions

I purchased a 2024 F150 Lightning Flash from Sheehy Ford of Ashland and had a tremendous experience from the start. I worked first with Lisa Johnson, who helped me buy an F150 from them 5 or 6 years ago, and she was very friendly. I then worked with Justin, one of the EV sales people. He was really accommodating (we actually completed the deal on a Sunday) and gave me lots of good information. The finance team was great as well (hard to beat 0% financing!). If I am ever in the market for another truck or Ford vehicle, I will certainly go to Sheehy first. Great pricing, great customer service, and generally an awesome car buying experience.

Best experience I’ve ever had with a dealer. I live in upstate New York and found a vehicle I liked online at Sheehy. Worked with Chris and Tony to get all paperwork taken care of before I arrived and was in and out within an hour. Very smooth and they didn’t pressure me at all.
