I was charged $105 just for an estimate for repairing my driver mirror . Then you’ll send me an estimate for $5,178 to replace 1 mirror?? You have to be kidding me… I’ll never use any Rush Truck Centers again!!!

Yesterday I ordered water pump , and this morning I trying to pick up my order , I came from fairfax va when I came Rush truck center in ashland , I gave my order number and they could not find my the water pump and I have to go back more than 100 miles away in fairfax VA , so donot buy any things and lost your time. Also let me tell you they donot put enough employee at work . You gonna be in line long time hours.

Went in for an oil leak. They seen more issues. Done an excellent job on all repairs. Although Rush in OKC didn’t do their job when they rebuilt my engine. Rush in Ashland went above to get it fixed. Awesome work from Service dept and the shop. I would recommend Rush in Ashland Va to anyone. Can’t say that about Rush in Oklahoma City. Once again awesome job done by Rush Trucks in Ashland Va Thanks to them.

Rush had our truck impounded while it was in their possession without notifying us. They offered to assist in selling our truck. Without saying anything, they impounded it and racked up a $23,000+ STORAGE fee for us to get it off the lot. (The truck is worth about $19-22k when it was working)To make matters worse, this was all while we were on the tail end of a 2 year process of buying a brand new truck from Rush. We communicated regularly. The day I picked up our new truck, our old truck was parked right next to it. Nothing was said about it being impounded a week or so later. In fact, I was told there was someone coming to look at the truck that week to potentially purchase it. I spoke with the regional manager ROB MULHOLLAND and he blamed the tow company that brought the truck to them for the lack of communication to us even though our company and contact information was on the initial service ticket quote. On the phone he said he would get everything squared away and get the storage fee wiped because they do tons of business with ANYTIME TOWING. Never heard back from him and my emails and calls are going unanswered. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and very bad business. STAY AWAY

It's a little obnoxious that their hours say that parts and service is open till midnight yet here I am showing up at 9 and there's nobody here and the gates are closed, it would be really nice if they would update their hours

Hello I will start by saying THANK YOU to everyone in the service department. From the front desk to the managers and especially the technicians who worked tirelessly to figure out the problem with my truck. It took awhile for this electrical problem to be resolved but in the 11th hour T@3%#s did his thang :) . Also would like to thank my salesperson Clay for helping and just being there to hear my problems. And to anyone reading this comment in the Richmond area , DO NOT TAKE YOUR TRUCK TO LEETE!!!!

I had a great experience dealing with Rush in Ashland Va. I had to get an engine/fuel system problem diagnosed on my Freightliner and Aaron Darby made sure everything got handled with urgency and honesty. He made sure he communicated with me every step of the way and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and that all the work had been done properly. Since Rush truck centers are primarily International dealers and not Freightliner dealers, I was pleasantly suprised to see their expertise extend to my issues with a Freightliner. I would definitely go back to do business with them at the Ashland Rush. Thank you Aaron !

I have to give a huge shout out to Heath Parrish, Gordon Whittaker, Tom Smart and the rest of the personal in the parts department, the fastest service around and I can promise you if they don't have what your looking for in-stock they will go above and beyond to find it. I have absolutely no complaints when dealing with this business and would not change anything about it. They have definitely earned and deserve 5 stars.
