I’ve been a metro client for more than 5 years. For the very last time I went to this store to add a new line to my account which I thought it would be really helpful based on the Google reviews but turns out the other way around. The staff was rude and unprofessional when asking them some questions. Couple months ago I’ve been treated the same thing when I ordered the internet modem from online and pick up at the store. Hope they’re doing better in communicating with the customer (any customer).

Yesterday, I went into this store to buy an affordable phone and I left with a PHONE and a TABLET for an incredible price, I am telling you I am so happy with how much I paid for these devices!!! Gabby and Brenda were the two delightful young ladies who helped me and they gave me a discount of $30 monthly discount because they applied for the ACP(something I didn’t know I qualified for) but thanks to them I’m now getting the best Metro by T mobile monthly plan for only half of the price, Gabby even walked me out of the door to help me with my bags the customer service here is amazing. Very very satisfied!!!!!!!

I'm a new customer with Metro TMOBILE. I had been a happy Verizon customer for about 10 years. I signed up with Dish TV and they recommended to go to Metro so I could get internet access for the place I live out in the country.I screwed up and went to TMOBILE instead. Within 2 weeks I realized how high the bill was and that I couldn't use the ACP that I had qualified for. So I decided to go to the local Metro store for help. I met Gabby, one of the customer service representatives. She helped me get through the process of getting switched from the TMOBILE to Metro. I was astounded at the help she provided and she saved me sooo much money! I had been feeling bad about leaving Verizon, felt even worse after going to TMOBILE and doubling the cost of what I'd been paying at Verizon. Well, after getting help from Gabby, (and believe me, she went above and beyond) I now feel thrilled at the low price I'm paying for my phone AND internet, and 100% comfortable leaving Verizon now. THANKS GABBY!☆☆

Brenda is very nice. She has always stood exceptional above and beyond every time I've come in there.But the other dark haired woman who looks like she's in her mid 20s maybe early 30s is rude af.I walked into the store today to talk about my tablet.And a issue I was having.I praised Brenda and told the woman that Brenda deserved a raise.I'm a local influencer and rap artist with a dba for my brand and over 86k people have heard my work over 210k times.I've been on 1.3 million playlists this year.I also have a background in corporate wholesale marketing.Whoever this woman is. Rushed me out of the store as I was attempting to ask for the owners card.I never got to finish or get it out.She was rude to me, cut me off , was not friendly from the start.I've been a regular customer of metro in Ashland since 2018 and I've been a t-mobile customer since 2008.I have never in my life been treated so poorly at a metro store by a clerk.I have never been cut off and treated with such disrespect by a clerk at metro.She made clear excuses about my tablet. I purposely asked her why it wasn't working to see if she knew.I know tech very well I don't need help with it lol.She made excuses tried to blame to many devices being connected when I told her twice I was only connecting my pc abd it didn't wanna connect.That I had tested it on the Xbox abd my phone.She not only blamed myequipment.But when i was walking out i told her i was gonna be in touch about sponsorship from the store down the road. She literally said ok and rushed me out the store.I'm pissed.This happened on Aug 1st 2023.Maybe she should learn to respect her customers whether she likes them or not because ya never know you tf yiur talkin too.Brenda deserves a hug bonus btw.She's the best thing yall have had at that store since AmandaThis got 5 stars solely because of Brenda

This nice El Salvadorian young gentleman helped me he went above and beyond with his customer service!!! Great place I totally recommend this place to get a update 5g phone no bad service, friendly and I had a wonderful time he made me feel like we were best friends and it was a awesome experience. I wanted to give him 7 stars ??????? Thank you guy that worked there I was having a horrible day but he changed that Blessings to you!!!
