“Daniel treated me and my friend (who was visitng out of country) with exceptional service and patience. He went out of his way to help us find boots that worked with our foot size, showed us how to use the boot hooks and the heel catcher, and was overall pleasant to work with. Daniel is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about these boots, and it really showed. I was honestly coming here for a one time shopping experience, I will now come back here more often based on his service alone.”

They informed us of sales & chatted with us for a little before we started looking around. We didn't end up buying anything that day but I had better service here than I have at some luxury retailers! I will be back! I'm not sure of the clerks names but they were both wonderful black women & really made a lasting impression on us. :)!”

I've shopped here since high school so a hot minute and always loved when the girls were super into helping you pick out outfits just because or for an event. I come here before every big trip and always get a huge haul every time. Last few times the staff was fine but weren't jumping up to help and curating the perfect outfit for whatever you need it for. But this time, the Manager (sorry I never caught your name but w the beautiful emerald engagement ring) you were so sweet and enthused helping pick out ideas for our Portland trip. “Maggiano's in Short Pump is one of very positive examples of getting over adjustments of pandemic time. You may have had slow service a few months ago, but it was a very nice visit this time. We had very friendly service and delicious food! Both salmon and chicken were cooked to perfection. We were headed to see a show in Richmond, so we told our server about that, and we had our dishes emerged surprising quickly. We enjoyed our meal and went with a full stomach and very pleasant impression!”

“This was my first best experience at an h&m store in the United States. This place has good helpful staff as well as a good collection of clothes. The prices of the clothes were very reasonable and they had a wide range of clothes and availability of different sizes was a plus at this store. The store was well organised and the clothes were kept properly unlike the other store of h&m I have been to with no helping staff and clothes lying on the floor.”

Manager, Taylor Hall, did an exceptional job working with us and fitting my son for different options. Was about to purchase a new navy-colored suit when we thought to get a picture of his date's dress to make sure the color would be good. The dress was royal blue so navy was a no-go. Ultimately ended up with a new black suit at a very fair sale price. Thank you Taylor for your assistance!”
