Kevin was very patient and listen to what I wanted, every one I dealt with was very nice. This is the first time I went to a car dealership on my own and I was a little worried I was going to be miss lead, and over charged on what I wanted.
This time is stressful for me due to I lost my husband December 2023, I was very comfortable being at your dealership. Thank you all

We have bought more than one vehicle from Luck and each experience was great. Ed, James, and Meghan in the service department are also great to work with. The service techs do a good job and keep our cars and truck in great running condition.

I have had a highly disappointing experience with my recent Corvette purchase from Chevrolet. As a loyal customer with three consecutive Corvettes, I have encountered severe transmission issues with the last two. My latest Corvette, bought brand new with only 5 miles, has been in the shop for weeks. During this time, I have not been provided with a loaner vehicle, and I have received no updates on the status of my car. Additionally, I was informed that Luck Chevrolet does not service the new style Corvette, which is quite concerning. Overall, the lack of support and communication has been extremely frustrating.

Everything worked well. We always purchase our cars from Luck Chevrolet and we have been well satisfied. I finally gave up my 2005 Malibu even though it was working well. My husband said 19 years was too long to drive the same vehicle. Our son is now driving it. It's a great car as I expect my new 2024 Malibu will be.
