“This is a wonderful store with great merchandise and excellent customer service. I bought two mugs from Refunkit, and to my dismay discovered too late that I left them at a nearby business, which was 3 hours from my home (I was visiting Ashland on vacation). I called the store and spoke to Sharon, who walked up the business to pick up the mugs and helped me figure out a solution to replace them. Thank you Sharon for your wonderful store and excellent customer service!”
“Overall this is another great Bass Pro Shops location. I travel around the country so definitely easy to park at them overnight when possible. Was in the area for Kings Dominion so stayed for a couple of nights. Parking lot was HUMONGOUS and level so definitely RV friendly. Also the location is two levels so more than enough stuff to browse while you're there. Bought a couple of things for my camper van while there since I always try to support the business too when I stay. Would highly recommend!”
