I am going to preface this by saying I have been coming to this carwash for well over five years. I wash 1-2 cars here weekly and have never had an issue until now. My past weekend visit will be my last. I entered the carwash after prewashing the exterior of my car and tires.
Within the first minute something within the wash malfunctioned hitting my driver side mirror causing it to break. When I exited the wash one of the employees was in the storage closet and encouraged me to contact the owner. The employee also took pictures and agreed to send them to the owner. I want to be clear when I say I spend hundreds of dollars here a year between both of our vehicles so I thought the owner would be helpful to maintain loyal customers. I contacted the owner who asked me for specifics of what happened which I provided, and he confirmed that they had insurance and would "make it right." He asked if I would be open to meeting the following day which I agreed to, but he never followed up to provide me a time that worked for him.
We eventually were able to meet three days after the event occurred at his request so he could see the damage and we could discuss repair and costs. When first meeting he told me about a previous time where another customer had his whole left mirror taken off and that he was able to get it repaired. He then asked me to visit the neighboring mechanic Dixon's for an estimate with him. Throughout this I could tell that he was starting to make comments that would insinuate I was lying about the incident and that he didn't want to pay for the repair. "Are you sure it wasn't like that before you came here." "I just don't see how the car wash could have done that." "Only you know what happened."] eventually confronted him about the comments ensuring him that this incident occurred there and I had no reason to lie about it. He said that he would call me back after he got an estimate from the mechanic.
Later that afternoon he called me telling me after inspecting the vehicle and speaking with the mechanic he just felt there was no way that it happened at his car wash and would not be able to repair it. I will not be returning to any of the Grand Prix locations and will continue to tell people about his horrible experience and poor management.

It didn't get the windshield or the lower right side of my all the way, but the free vaccuming made up for it. You can restart the vaccums if neeeded

I come here quite often because it's close to my work, my car looks great after the wash and the dryers are amazing!! Yesterday I went to wash, forgetting that the entire area was without internet and I couldn't use my card. I believe the owner was there, and after talking a bit, he asked if I came there often and gave me a free wash because I had already washed my tires. He was losing money that day due to cash only , but he gave me a free wash! So now I have another amazing reason why I will keep coming here instead of getting a membership at some big chain.

Nice owner and wash. This car wash always gets my truck nice and clean. I love the added prep station. The owner is always helpful if there happens to be an issue.

This car wash kind of stinks. Good for a quick topical wash but not much more. Still have bugs and grim all over the car. I’m not even sure it washed the rain spots off. Looks like it doesn’t even reach the rims you can see my thumb smudge. Don’t think I’d take my car back especially for $11 bucks and that didn’t even have a tricolor wax either.

Always my go-to spot for a quick run through car wash. Good prices, nice facility, and hardly ever closed. I like that it’s touchless - I feel like the big roller style washes scratch my paint.

Car wash just stopped mid wash. Tried calling the number associated with the location and it’s out of service… hmm.. so now I have a soapy car and lost my money. Not happy!! ? Never coming back here!! And I would recommend anyone to not give this place anymore business!

Great car wash. Will visit again when in the area. Not perfect (but nothing is). Got the job done. Best of all, not crowded and open 24 hours
