My BMW broke down on Sunday on our way back home from South Carolina. Jordan and the team in very short time completed diagnostic, found the issue, fixed and the car was ready on Wednesday evening. Glen Allen Transmission was wonderful to work with. We dropped off our car on Saturday for confirmation the transmission needed replacement and they performed diagnostics on Monday, then had the transmission instant and ready to go by midday on Friday. Great experience, exceedingly exceptional speed, and friendly service!
