I hold a Monthly membership of flag stop and I've been to a bunch of locations, but this location has been one of the best. Evan was the most helpful and gave me a great experience. I even got rewarded with a free air freshener for all my hard work!

Andre was excellent. I was having a problem with my unlimited wash tag not being read by the sensor. Andre quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it in the computer. Now it works perfectly. Thank you Andre!

Their machine tore off my mirror and they basically told me to "go pound sand". They said it fell off.

Staff were nice. Got the basic wash for $12. The wash missed a lot of spots on my gladiator so just wasn't worth it

Customer service hands are tied, because Corperate made a decision to not wash cars as well as they used to. The value has taken a nose dive because my car still has dry dust on the sides, front, and rear of my car. I was told I can use their towels and water bottles to wash my own car after I paid them to do it. I would come here twice a week, but this was my last time.

Good deal this month when sign up unlimited washes for 5 bucks... better than the power washing types around getting most of the heavy stuff off. Still need to do a light wipe down with detail spray to get what's missed

Dry it off yourself. Towels provided. Car wash won't get dried bird poop off completely. Overall not bad.

Nice car wash. Free vacuums and they have towels to wipe your car as well as towels specifically for the inside windows of your car. Basic car wash is only $10!
