I called the body shop to inquire about 2 issues on my Jeep, a cowl issue and some light interior rust on a door. Ryan was easy to talk to and accommodating, inviting me to swing by so he could look at the issues. The cowl issue was easily solved and Ryan provided guidance and helped walk me through the solution where I was able to do the minor repair on my own, with no tools and no experience. The paint concern is obviously a bit more complicated but he was able to explain the process, provided an estimated cost (that seemed fair for the work that needed to be done), and gave a time frame of how soon I should address is (certainly faster is ideal but there wasn't a huge rush).
I work locally and I see agency cars there for work; in a previous professional life I was responsible for managing my office's small fleet of cars. I learned quickly that if my office could rely and trust a car shop then I likely could as well. Seeing work vehicles there gave me a sense of peace that Ferber's does good work and they are used frequently when needed. Since moving to Ashland I have been looking for a local shop I can trust and rely on. For body work I think I found it. The next time I need more work done I'll hop on over the street and check out the tire and repair shop in Ashland Junction. If the team there is as professional and polite as the body shop crew is I will be satisfied. They are NAPA certified as well.

Ferber's was great to work with from the start. They walked me through the entire process, and explained in detail exactly what they would do to fix my truck. The actual repair costs were within $30 of their estimate, and at they completed the repairs on time. The work was beautiful, and I could not tell that my truck was ever damaged. Ferber's stressed to me that they will take care of any issues if they arise in the future with their body work. I definitely recommend Ferber's Body Shop.

Ryan is amazing, I backed into my garage door and broke the back trim on my Ford Escape. I brought it by Ferbers to have it looked at, Ryan had it fixed for me in less than 30 minutes at no charge. Amazing service! I highly recommend them.

We came in late on a Friday with a damaged rear door. I was expecting to be pushed off til Monday as most shops would’ve done. Instead, they immediately helped us. They were friendly, empathetic, and professional from start to finish. 5 star service, staff, and support. They made me a customer for life.

Ferber's came highly recommended and they did NOT disappoint! From the beginning they were very professional, personable, and not once did I feel like our Telluride was in bad hands. Now that we have our vehicle back, it's like the accident never happened. Drives like a dream and looks like we just drove it off the lot. Admittedly, I hope we never need major repairs in the future, but if so we are 100% coming back.

Staff was extremely friendly, service was speedy and clean. Tires need replacing and the price they gave was more than competitive. Taking it back thus week to get the new rubber.
