Genuinely the worst FedEx location ever. I’ve had my package put for delivery since Wednesday and every single day since it hasn’t arrived. There’s no number to actually call and get ahold of somebody. I’ve had other packages from the same place arrive before this package and they were shipped later. This location sucks

Lost my package that contained very important documentation that was needed for my house buying process. Never had bad experiences like this when using UPS or Amazon.

If you are here because they say your package is at this facility good luck Never get my address right always deliver to the wrong house these people at this warehouse always loose packages lie about trying to deliver and when you call customer service they say the package is at the warehouse go to the warehouse they say it's on the truck both say there is system errors and an attempt was made when there was no attempt I hate using fedex

For starters, I’m one of the most lax, understanding, and patient person that you’ll ever meet, but my experience here has been utterly ridiculous. I’m going to put this in the most polite way possible… this company/location sucks. There is complete incompetence when it comes to the most basic of task of delivering a package. THREE times they had the opportunity to deliver my package and each time they failed to do so. I had to drive up to the location TWICE to pick up my items. When you call their customer service it’s a joke. You might as well automatically ask for a supervisor because they seem to be the only ones who even slightly know what they are doing. If you can, avoid this place.

I received an email notification on Friday night that my packaged would be delivered on Saturday between 9:50 am and 1:50 pm. I had to leave at 9:00 am so I went on the FedEx App and selected to hold my package at my local Walgreens, 1 mile away, since they opened at 9:00 am and my package delivery window was 9:50 am to 1:50 am.. I received a FedEx update via email at 8:27 am Saturday stating that the package could not be delivered because the business (Walgreens) was closed. So I had to wait until Monday to get my packaged. The app and website tracking feature is not user friendly or accurate at all compared to USPS or Amazon tracking.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We had perishable food that was supposed to be delivered on a certain day and this facility held the package for no apparent reason. By the time they finally decided to deliver it, all the food was spoiled. It’s ridiculous that they can do this and just get away with it.

I have had 3 sets of deliveries mis-handled by Fedex Ground. Once they putbit on the wrong truck, and dudnt ket me know until I called them the next day. The second time, I had 3 packages that were scheduled to be delivered on a Friday, then I was notified that they were sirry, but they woukd be delivered Sat, when they did not show as out fir delivery Sat, I called and was told they were overlooked and there were no drivers avail, butbthey promised they would be delivered Sun, on Sun, they still were not out abd when I called, they claimed they put the on a truck for delivery, they werent drlivered on Sunday and finally showed up midday Mon with no explanation. Now I have another pkg that has been 'out for delivery' since 0610 this morning, it is now 810 PM and Fedex Ground stops delivery at 8PM. Why does it take Fedex Ground over a day to deliver a pkg from 4 miles away?? If you can avaiid using Fedex Ground, I would strongly suggest you do so.

This 82 lb package was left at the end of my driveway about 7:00pm on 2/21/24. No knock on the door to ask for help or to even just let me know that it was “delivered”. I also had a two pound package left at the bottom of my stairs one time when there’s a covered porch just ten steps up. The driver drives way too fast through the neighborhood as well. Needless to say, FedEx Ground packages will not be accepted at this residence anymore and will be picked up from said driver going forward.

Very rude fed ex driver who works out this hub is beyond unprofessional . Literally delivered my package for the second time to the wrong address. I hope this complaints gets reviewed the driver needs to be fired . He is liability and not asset to the company or your customers .

Wonderful customer service. The employees have clean uniforms great appearance well-spoken. Employees are truly concerned with your needs. Individualized service in a timely manor. The FedEx ground service center is clean and well kept well organized.

We have actually had to go down to the warehouse to get our orders. For some reason whoever delivered to our place of business, keeps posting that we’re closed, and sometimes never even stopped in to see if we’re open. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS ISSUE THANK YOU
