“I usually find only 7 out of 10 items here. Sometimes they do not restock the items once they’re over. Some items are misplaced. Staffed very minimal. So difficult to get help. Overall it takes significant time to find what you want.”

“Kindest guy working at this location Merchants Walk Shopping Center, 7552 W Broad St, Richmond, VA 23294 08/05/2024 at 7:30 at night. From greeting everyone when they walk in to just being sincerely kind to everyone in line. Very impressed. He even told me to “enjoy the festivities” when he noticed I was buying for a party. And also, when I told him to have a great day, he said “you have an even better day.” Just wow. It seems customer service is a dying art these days but this guy wins the award for a proper way to deal with the general public.”

“Store clean and stocked ,cashier friendly .
The Older guy I guess is a manager is on the job watching out for store security. I went in today I noticed he was watching me not offended he was doing his job I always go to this location and will continue to go because of cashiers they treat all customers with respect,smile and great attitude.”
