AMAZING!! Simply said they did everything they could do to make sure the customer is happy! With the situation out of their hands they made it work. Every time I call I feel at home. Customer service has always been better than perfect. This place is the model for all service centers. Thanks Dixon’s for everything you do!!

Thinking I would just need an alignment, I stopped by Dixon's, who just happened to be having a special on them. From the super friendly staff (shout out to Kelly) to the free diagnostic evaluation, to the extremely comfy loaner vehicle, we were completely satisfied with the whole process!! Not only did they find that 3 of my previous tires were mounted BACKWARDS, Eric, my technician, completed an oil change and a state inspection AND made the car run as well as when I first purchased it!! I will return to Dixon's for all my future car care!!! Thanks for everything!!

I recently had my vehicle inspected and serviced and it was a great experience. Jeremy kept me updated throughout the entire process. He gave me options to drop off/ pick up outside of business hours which made it incredibly convenient. I highly recommend Dixon’s!
