The line at the pharmacy was SO long. No efforts to bring other employees into help or address this obvious issue to the customers. No urgency and ZERO customer service. It reminded of like the DMV but worse! Avoid this location. They are all over the place to get medicine organized. There was a women on crutches who had to stand over 40 mins and wasn’t even offered a chair despicable! Sorry CVS just being honest.

The store was clean and the item I needed was in stock, which was great because it is a hard to find item! Janesha, the clerk, was friendly and helpful in helping me navigate an unfamiliar location. She greeted everyone who came in and worked quickly to help everyone even though it looked like she was the only staff member working. Thank you Ms. Janesha for being so friendly and helpful.

No problems with orders; however, they always seemed short staffed. The likely reason staff seemed unfriendly is due to staffing shortages. Also, the store is not clean compared to nearby CVS stores.

I like this little CVS store at Ashland Junction Shopping Center. The employees were friendly. It was nice to find what I needed quickly. There were plenty of parking.

Cvs is awful. Switch pharmacy's as soon as you can. It's been about 6 months since I switched, and I'm coming back to write this review because a family member is now having issues with them. Nothing but problems with cvs. Zero problems since I switched pharmacy's about 6 months ago. They seem to do whatever they want regardless of what a doctor tells them. Withholding medication because of some decision a pharmacist made. You're not a doctor, you have no idea what me and my doctor have talked about. My doctor is actually the one that told me to stop using cvs because of how much of a nightmare the company is. Also, they're very disorganized. Pills thrown everywhere, takes them 10 minutes to find a prescriptions. It's wild to watch.
Anyway, avoid cvs at all costs. Unless you like gambling on whether you're going to get your medication every month.
Don't gamble your life with this company. They don't care about you. Hell, they don't even care about doing their job.

Today I visited the CVS in Ashland for the first time in a long time. A young man named Jose at the counter greeted me politely and asked me if I needed any assistance. He then helped me with processing a package that I needed mailed out via UPS. As he waited on me he kindly greeted another customer who had just walked in.
I normally don't write a review about drugstores, but I wanted it to share my positive experience with the excellent customer service that Jose displayed today.
CVS Ashland, give Jose a raise and a promotion! I think Jose is going do well in his life.

This is the only establishment that allows you to stack all your coupons on one purchase. And boy do they have the BEST coupons. I just now left the store feeling almost guilty about what just occurred. Feels like legal robbery and they provided the weapon. Lol. They also have unbeatable prices for vitamins and supplements. The staff usually look over worked and underpaid but do their best to stay positive and help when they can. I wish the company would take better care of the people that make them money. No employees equal no money.

I went in for a Covid booster and the pharmacist I guess was having a bad day because they were short staffed and had people waiting. He asked me in a confused rude tone why I was getting a booster because I was young and he said I didn’t need it and I even had to tell him I had a compromised immune system just to get him to lay off even though I stated that in the forms I did online. Um you’re in the medical field dude you shouldn’t be discouraging someone to not get a booster, young people have died from Covid too. So I’m getting any future Covid shots done at the CVS location in 10100 Brook rd. Much better staff there.
