“Tanker here. If you are getting loaded prepare for 4 to 5hrs of loading. The main reason for this is asphalt truck unloads with you at the same time and there is only 1 operator here. So they have to keep shutting you down so he can mix a asphalt bag. People are nice and they let you inside to use their restooms if you need to.. You can overnight park here as well. During the day it's busy so keep that in mind for your arrival time.”

“Very nice customer service and friendly, reasonable. You can pick up the Aerator on Friday before closing or Saturday morning and return Monday morning still being charged for one day rental. Diane and the guy at the loading yarf are friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location.”

“After having a terrible experience with online ordering/in-store pick up at another Richmond location, I was able to get exactly what I needed at this location. The customer service was also 1000 times better. Brandon actually answered the phone, and took the time to find what I was looking for. When I picked up my order, The front end crew was very attentive and organized and responsive, and Kevin (Who got my order from the back and helped me load it) was very helpful and nice. I think this is going to be my go-to Lowe's from now on. Much, much better than the *other* Lowe's I had gone to.”
