We were traveling to South Carolina and experienced issues with our breaks. We safely made it to Ashland in the middle of the night. The next morning we went to Blaine’s and explained the issue and that we were our way to SC. Blaine’s had our vehicle in their shop, diagnosed the issue and repairs done in less than two hours. The price was reasonable and fair. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we could continue on our trip. We cannot express our gratitude enough. Ashland is lucky to have a company like yours. We are thankful for all of your assistance. We were hundreds of miles from home, and blessed to have encountered such hospitality!

I recently took my car to Blaine's Auto Service for a state inspection. I arrived just as the shop was opening and they were already busy. I needed to wait for my car and thought it would be quite a wait. Thirty five minutes later my car was ready!! Not only were they extremely efficient but they were also very curteous. As a female I don't always experience that with auto service establishments. They seemed to value my time as much as I do. I took my car to another mechanic to get a quick oil change. They told me that I needed to replace my rear brakes as soon as possible. I took the car to Blaines Auto Service for a second opinion and they said they still had a half inch left and did not need to be replaced now. I really appreciate their honesty.
