Well organized, clean, friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff. My collegue's skid plate fell down while on a work trip and these folks came to the rescue, even crawling under the car for us to size the bolt. 5 stars

Christian was such great help! He went above and beyond helping us with an AC issue on the way to the beach. He provided expert advice allowing us to solve our problem and get back on the road in less than 10 minute.
Very thankful and he is a great ambassador for the autozone brand!!

I’ve had two experiences with the Ashland Autozone. Both VERY positive, even though they didn’t have the parts I needed. First one I was looking for a heat gun they didn’t carry, I was just about out of the parking lot when a younger man ran out of the store to tell me about a store I didn’t know about that might have it. He was correct and it helped a lot, unfortunately I did not get that young man’s name. The second was the other night and I was looking for a tool. I tried Ace, Home Depot and AZ. I was helped out by a young man named Christian. He tried everything under the sun to try and make something work for my situation. It wasn’t happening, but it wasn’t for a lack of him trying. In both instances those two employees went over and above what most people would do to help me. I can’t say enough about them, not only should Autozone be proud of them but their parents should be too.

Do not return anything to this store. The staff is incompetent. I returned 3 items to the store. And they wrote the recite for a part I never purchased and was never refunded my money.

Needed a new battery and the staff at this location was so knowledgeable and helpful. Jimmy got my battery in fairly quick considering the corrosion and he was so pleasant to take to! Thanks Jimmy ?

Went on their website and ordered parts that stated that were in thier inventory, drove from Doswell to pick them up ONLY to hear from desk clerk they didn't have them. How in the world can you run a business in an industrial and multi car dealership area, pathetic. ADVANCED AUTO here I come! ? Keeping it real
