They took me in right away, helped fix my situation kindly, quickly, and for a good price. They gave me excellent company while my car was getting fixed to where it was impossible to be in a bad mood given the morning I had had. It’s always scary when a young girl has car issues by herself so far away from home and they really eased all my worries and took care of me. I couldn’t recommend Ferber’s more!!”

“A very good experience with this auto shop. They told me it would be ready in about 12 days, but it actually took much less time and that was fantastic. They replaced my door and everything was fine. I had to go back because my door was missing two hooks for the sunshade and they put them back on immediately. They have excellent customer service.”

“I cannot say enough good things about River City Customs! I have a problem-child Mustang (highly modified and supercharged) that had begun turning off at highway speeds. I called RCC for information and a possible appointment. The gentleman I spoke with provided me an over-the-phone diagnosis, as well as a test I could perform for verification *at no charge*. His suspicions were correct: my cam position sensors were failing. I was able to easily replace these components, and now my car runs like a top!”

“We recently (4 days ago) decided to look at Jeeps for my wife. We found one that was located at Whitten Brothers Ashland. We were contacted by James Kinney and it was all she wrote. For such a young person, he was very pleasant to work with and very well mannered and respectful. We knew he was a little overwhelmed/excited/anxious, etc but he did a fine job. His communication is excellent and if he didn't know something, he made sure to get the answers back to me ASAP. Tony - the manager was great and very knowledgeable and personable as well. Lastly, Brandy the finance manager was top notch. The staff is nice and awesome to work with and that is why we went and purchased a beautiful 2021 Firecracker Red Jeep 4Xe Unlimited Sahara. We will definitely go back even though they are 35-40min away. My wife and I highly recommend Whitten Brothers of Ashland!!!!!!!!”
“I have been coming to Stanley’s for many years and within the last 6.5 yrs drive from Petersburg to them for all my auto needs!! I recommend all my friends to them for fantastic service and noone has ever had any issues! They get you in fairly soon and work diligently if you have to wait because they know time is valuable!! They have never taken advantage of me (which as a woman you hear horror stories from women who dealt with other shops who have been), always fair, will tell you if something needs to be done or not, and if it doesn’t they won’t convince u otherwise. “When no other place would commit to fixing my car on that day, as I was stranded 300 miles from home, not only did they get the part and fix my truck, they also gave me the # of a towing company. Which I needed because AAA left me stranded for 3 hours. Would highly recommend any service from them. Reasonably priced and extremely helpful”
