“Honest Work and Great Customer Service
We had some body work done at Ferber’s Auto Body, and while the final cost ended up being over $200 more than the original estimate, there had been no communication or approval beforehand. When we went to pick up the car and brought this up with Brad, he immediately acknowledged the oversight and agreed that we should have been contacted before the work was completed. Without any hassle, he made it right and honored the original estimate.
Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business responds says everything — and Ferber’s handled it professionally and fairly. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences here, and I’ll definitely continue to bring them my business. Highly recommend for both the quality of work and the integrity behind it.”

I greatly appreciate you for helping me out with my windshield wiper situation, To let everyone know the situation was one of my wipers would not go up and down after the snow storm. Not only did they select a great deal on a bogo of wipers they with not even asking said let me take a look. One guy went out other rang me up. Guy out saw the situation guy in brought out wipers. BAM! Situation fixed installed and I was on my way. Not even I don’t think 15 minutes. Words can not express how grateful and appreciative I am of the QUALITY of customer service I was given. “I needed my 91 Chevy K1500 pickup driverside door replaced. It had been crushed when I ran it into a tree with the door open. I found a door on Facebook Marketplace from a 95 truck that was all electric, my truck was all manual and non electrical, but it would fit. So Lovings worked their magic and combined the two making a new door, including swapping out the guts to match the other door. Aside from all that, the hinges were damaged and needed to be cut out before welding new ones in place. Somehow they were able to use the inside panel from the damaged door and the outside panel of the replacement door. The result was a door that matched the other door exactly, inside and outside. The bottom line is that they did a great job quickly and charged me a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Loving's.”
“I was having a difficult time find an auto repair shop that would fix cosmetic damage on my Mercedes van (converter campervan). It was a trickier repair because of the insulated interior walls, and the first estimate was one my auto insurance would not cover. Beautiful Bodies did some extra work to make it work, and repaired my side panel beautifully ...AND covered by insurance!”

“I called looking for a specific part I wanted same day, after hearing it wasn’t stocked I nearly hung up - thankfully I didn’t. Reba took some time to understand what i needed. Scott took some extra time to make sure I was also getting what i needed. I ended up ordering the parts, one of which was a better solution and saved me hours on install!”

“I had a friend that worked for Kenny when he started his business, Johnny Gallagher was his name. I bought a '71 yellow Dodge truck from there, he gave me a great deal on it, and I drove that old truck for years. This was back in the early 90's. And I'm so happy to see that Old Dominion Mustang is still in business.”
“We have used Sheehy Ford Ashland for years. The service department has always been reliable and helpful, but they went through a rough patch about two years ago... Maybe keeping employees. We had trouble getting service during that time. Last week, we had our Ford F150 serviced. The work was was completed promptly, and the employees were helpful and knowledgeable. They even drove the truck home upon completion of the job! That's good service!”
“As far as making a Jeep or any offroad vehicle look bad ass these guys are phenomenal.
While it is just adding aftermarket products or original components these guys do great work and have great ideas as well as knowledge to make your vehicle look as you want.
If it is something mechanical and not able to diagnose on a computer I would advice finding a knowledgeable mechanic.
Other than that my only complaint was the way the electrical wires/harness were ran ending up looking like a rats nest.”
“NAPA Online shipped me a part that did not fit my vehicle. I went into the local store in Ashland at 421 S. Washington Hw tonight to obtain the right part, and Big Mike took his time to understand the issue and made the situation right. Fantastic customer service. “I have been with a company for going on three months now and our go to vendor for a lot of big truck items is Rush Truck Center. Our outside sales guy, Chris Glass is amazing. When I am putting together an estimate, I simply text the information to Chris and an email shortly pops up with our parts prices and availability. Chris Glass knows his stuff. Pricing is fair but the service is amazing!!”
