Upon entering, there is always someone to greet you and ask you what you need help with today.
I like to shop here because it helps to support local people as well as it is very convenient.

I don't live in their neighborhood, but the one time I was in there, the lady at the service counter was knowledgeable , friendly, knew which items I needed, and took the time to walk me back to the shelf that had the items. Recommended. You can't beat that kind of service, especailly nowadayss.

Wow these folk were so helpful. Needed to cut a small 5mm bold on bicycle. I was allowed to use some quick hand tools to saw it off to continue cycling. Such helpful and supportive staff here! Thank you Anne!

My go to hardware store extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff! When you walk in the door you are greeted asked what you are looking for, walked to the item(s) and then asked if you can be helped with anything else. I just love their customer service!

I went in to look for a specific insecticide that kills black widows. I looked in the insecticide aisle, and they didn't have it. I looked on their website, and it is a ship to store item. I went to the lawn and garden desk to order it where one man was working on a chainsaw, and another was wandering around talking with the chainsaw guy. I stood there for 2 minutes and was ignored. I bought a small bottle of Seven to get me by until I can order the one I was looking for. I went to the register, and there was a cashier talking with another associate and possibly an assistant manager. The cashier rang me up and never thanked me, the other associate had her back to me and my son as we were walking by to try to leave, she was so animated she almost hit me in the face. I said, "Excuse me," as she blocked our path to the door. The pesticide I was looking for is $129 a gallon. They missed out on my money today.

A giant thank you to Steve. I had an issue with my zero turn and trimmer. He understood I was frustrated and went above and beyond to help me. You do not ever find such remarkable customer service anywhere. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. Everyone asks why don’t you go to Lowe’s or Home Depo, they are cheaper ? The answer is easy. They don’t have a Steve . Or a staff that actually cares about you. Kudos to Steve. Thank you so much.

Just left this Ace location. The Cashier was a young red head girl who seemed to be in her late teens or early 20s. When we got to the counter to pay, we said hello and she didn't say a word. We bought about 8 items that she didn't bother placing in a bag. My husband asked for a bag and she said, "oh yeah". She got a paper bag, opened it up and my husband had to bag the items. I don't really care that we had to bag our items. I care that this young girl came off rude and racist. The customer behind us as we walked out, she politely greeted him. I hope she bagged his items without him having to ask. We've been to this Ace during the week and they were friendly. If we ever go here again, I'll be sure it's during the week. Do better and hire employees who can treat people respectfully even if they have to fake it.

Came in the store looking for topsoil. There were two male employees standing at the paint center, no one offered to help us, but right behind us was a couple with dogs. They were given a friendly greeting and helped instantly as we kept wandering searching for help. Finally a gentleman named Clint walked by and said he’d be glad to help as soon as he cut a chain for another customer. We went outside and waited a few minutes and then decided to leave and head to Home Depot.
