Nightmare agent bronwyn kraus. she was very rude and spent more time in her pocket mirror than helping my wife look at properties. Weichert should pick their employees with more discretion. very disappointing

Hi everyone, I want to share an experience I had with working with a realtor ( Ayona Shome) who works here. We worked with her for 2 months and failed to get any home after bidding so many times. Her lack of knowledge and attention to detail is deplorable. On top of that we were promised 1% cashback which she refused to give after we got a home. 1% cashback is quite common here in Virginia. The broker who works here kept on telling us you have to talk to the realtor for the commission. And Ayona Shome would say talk to my broker. My wife is pregnant and this deeply affected her. She didn't care that she was giving so much stress to my wife. Robbed first time home buyers of important money we needed ! I could go on but I will stop here by saying , Please stay away her!
