Virginia Tire & Auto at One Loudoun is Number ONE place to get Quality car maintenance done as promised in time and at reasonable price. My problem is I am not getting their coupons in the mail. I like to get it given they have my contact information.

I have not had great service from this location in the past but the service the last 3 times i have had work done the service has been great. Ron has been very helpful with helping me.

Brian was super friendly!! and him and the team did an awesome job. I called late yesterday to inquire about a broken heat shield that was dragging on the underside of my car and he said he could get it taken care of tomorrow morning. I came in this morning and he immediately got it sorted out and taken care of within 5 minutes. Amazing!

I have been a fan of Virginia tire and Auto at Ice Rink plaza for a number of years. I appreciate their knowledgeable and helpfulness. Today, Mike was particularly helpful. I needed an oil change but had a timing issue. He was able to help me work out the timing issue and get my car in for an oil change.

Great location and great service. The wait is always less here. I got a quote for tires and breaks in advance and they required $200 upfront for some reason. Other than that this is probably the best location of va tire and auto.

If you value your time and money, please do not go here. There is no communication outside of them trying to sell you everything you don’t need and when you decline, oddly enough they can’t do what you came in for. And…it took them 2 hours to decide that! Too many other great options in the area than to deal with these guys.

Absolutely gutted by the experience and how we were treated. Been taking all my cars here for many years and not sure why asking what solvent would remove the unexpected residue on all 4 newly installed Michelin tires would be so controversal. Was told it was a “manufacturer thing.” Store manager was unprofessional and seemed super agitated that I brought up the issue. He was adamant at first it was just grease but then relented after actually looking at it that it was a “manufacturer issue.” So basically deal with it lady. Will do.

Horrendous experience! Even with an appointment you have to wait all day and they keep lying to you about everything! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at cost!!!
They deserve a zero! Take your car to the dealership they are not worth it!!

What a great experience I had at the Dulles location. Brian took my request at the service desk and was very courteous and attentive to my automotive needs. The entire staff was friendly and very professional from start to finish and the ASE Certified tech completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time and never recommended any services not needed. Their customer lounge was very clean and comfortable and I was updated on the status of my car as I waited. I would highly recommend Virginia Tire and Auto for all of your automotive needs.

Va Tire and Auto of Dulles went above and beyond for me!
I had needed new tires, an alignment and new wiper blades for my Acura RDX and they went above and beyond to help me. I had been doing some researching in to other places to get tires and the work done and I remembered that VA tire price matches. The Manager Brian was the most helpful with me and he assured me that the work would be done in a timely manner and done correct! Brian made me feel like I was a major priority and that i was taken care of! Definitely one of the best Managers I have encountered at VA Tire and Auto, he was very kind and his Customer Service was top notch!
