I was using VIP since 2012. For some reason, I stopped using them for a while and now when I try to login I could not. I called there number was told you would receive a callback 3 to 5 minutes. I am waiting for over an hour now?♂️

I love VIP and I have been getting my families in Africa with the help of VIP since 2012 right now. VIP customer service employees are fast to host But I have limitations that my family are in two countries and want to open their account and charge from my account. When they want to call out of Africa any time, but VIP did not accept me, otherwise VIP is a good service provider and their calling device is clear and comfortable to listen.

Have used VIP for years and always loved it, but in the last month or two, I am having real issues getting my calls through to South Africa.. what has changed? I have called customer service and they are friendly, and do what they can to help, but problem not solved!!!!!

I have been using VIP since 2002 and overall I am happy with their service. My mother also is a VIP user to call Mexico and she loves that she can call using her mobile phone.

Vip communications is literally thee worst. The customer service is awful, I’ve now been on the phone with them for 40 minutes because they changed my access code and failed to inform me about it! The representatives are rude and condescending. I am currently googling other options! Avoid! Avoid! Lester the supervisor was nooooo help. This is a headache and scam of a company.

They are cheaper but very poor connection. It fails to connect or hardly connects to international calls and the voice quality is very poor. It takes away your credits without connecting you. Very poor customer service.
