I called ahead as the store was to close soon and asked if they would stay open a few more minutes to allow me to make a return that had to be done today. When I arrived they allowed me to come in and treated me with courtesy as they quickly processed my return. Superb customer service from this UPS location. Thank you so much!

I came in last minute today for a work job I was working that had multiple documents and assembly needs, and quick shipping. I was very stressed out and on a tight deadline. The whole staff was extremely helpful and patient with me. They went above and beyond to ensure my documents were correct and maintained professionalism when I had additional questions and requests. Highly recommend considering this store for your printing and shipping needs!!

Management has changed and therefore my 5 star reduced to 4 star. The service is still good, people are respectful. Just one major issue:
The Indian staff speaks in their native language among themselves. Not with customers. And they have non-Indian staff too. That is unprofessional and rude to your colleagues. Speak in English.

This may be the best organized and most well run UPS store I Encountered. The store is clean, well organized, and the people are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and professional.

Goodbclean store, notorybservice available, friendly staff. Somehow one of major issue with this UPS store or staff they do not offer ups express saver either you buy standard or express which is very weird. UPS express is most expensive option. Now people either choose ne t day delivery or 6 days.i asked staff said their management decided not too.... i advise to use fedex or other ups store or online ups option or fedex.

Mediocre Customer Service. Couldn’t understand a word the woman was saying due to a heavy accent. Would get mad when I asked her to repeat herself. I would just advise that if you’re hard of hearing like me, or cannot understand heavy accents don’t come here. They’ll get mad at you for just asking them to repeat themselves.
