What happened to the service here?! The staff have terrible communication, are rude, unskilled and I felt scammed as I observed some dodgy behaviour with the pricing up of a letter to send overseas. This location is convenient but I will use the service in Broadlands in future!!

Staff were extremely professional, efficient, and speedy! I brought a couple of documents to be signed by the Notary Public (as a walk-in without an appointment), and the store manager was quite helpful in getting us in and out quickly. The procedure could not have been simpler or the staff more attentive. Excellent client service, much appreciated!
