I came in last week to notarize some papers and I was in and out. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. The guy behind the counter was pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this as my UPS store from here on out.

Our local UPS. Have not visited in some time but found the service very good as usual. Now that everyone has access to return labels and can print, line moves very fast. They also take pictures and there is a Notary.

I love this UPS store. They are very responsive and thorough . I have stopped using USPS all together because they are so good, I don't have to wait, and the customer service is wonderful. I had a package damaged during shipment and I was quickly refunded the amount of the item and shipping. I also sent something to Turkey that was stopped at customs and they tracked it down and helped me resolve it. Bravo Stephen on a store well run!

Again another week with this store. The owner Tom is a complete moron. It's been over 2 months they have held our merchandise that they broke. And now say our claim has been denied. They BROKE it !! we had it insured. If you ever think you are going to get the money you deserve your in denial. We are out our merchandise we are out the cost of the shipping . Next we will seek legal help. We feel this is our only course of again because they can not help. These men are incompetent and can't even get a simple claim resolved. AND the owner Tom is very unfriendly barely sayz hi or thank you. I can't believe this guy owns the place. Hes actually mean

This is one of the most efficient UPS stores I have seen so far. I generally go to the store once or twice a month primarily for Amazon returns and they are efficient respectful and generally not very busy. I highly recommend them and would return for any other shipping business if needed.

I called this morning to have a delivery cancelled for a package I dropped off at the store yesterday. Thomas was a HUGE help. Was able to facilitate the cancellation of the package. I plan to pick the package up next week when it returns to the store. Thanks again, Thomas!!

Customer service today was really poor. I am not going to name the employee publicly but I left feeling like I had completely inconvenienced this guy. He was annoyed, and the ONLY words he spoke to me was to tell me I couldn't drop one of the things I brought with me. He did complete the other things I needed, much to his displeasure. When I said "thank you", he said: Yeah. Nothing. Come on, find a different job if you hate people so much. Owner of this franchise should consider getting their employees better. Store was also a mess behind the counter.

They never seem very friendly or helpful here so I have used them because of convenience. Today though, that has to end. I was trying to overnite ship a laptop for repairs. They claimed it was not allowed due to the lithium battery. No problem, I had to run over to Chantilly to pick up something so I just stopped at another UPS, they gladly took my money and the laptop will arrive tomorrow as planned. After doing some "internet research", yes it is okay to ship a laptop with a lithium battery. Matter of fact, Apple, HP, Dell seem to do it everyday

I'm in the middle of shipping everything from my parents to siblings across the country, so I've come in with everything from china to wall art to a blanket. Nothing phases them. Everything is packaged with care without me lifting a finger. I can walk out and know all my stuff, no matter the fragility, will get there safely and quickly. It's a load off my brain. Thanks guys.

Never had an issue with them. Usually just mailing things back to companies. Yes shipping is expensive. What isn't nowadays? One lady in front of me with about six items. I was in and out in about five minutes. People have always been helpful! In fact waiting for a friend to arrive to take her to UPS, Ashburn! See you soon.
