this store sucks. they emailed me and told me to continue having a box there i need to submit a second form of identification and redo some form. i literally don’t have a form of id besides my drivers license, all of the stuff on their forms of id list were things many people don’t have. i asked them over email if the requirements are still the same as when we last spoke, no reply. i told them to cancel my box, followed up again, no reply. i’m disappointed i ever gave them my money.

I want to give a huge shout out to B****na. (Anonymized name)
I had an issue where a package I shipped a month ago did not show any updates in the USPS system. Initially I went to this UPS store and spoke to another employee. He told me there was absolutely nothing he could do and told me to contact USPS. After me trying to peel the onion and get more answers I got absolutely nothing. He then sent me on my way.
I then spent the next hour on the phone trying to get assistance and eventually got in contact with a USPS agent. She told me the tracking number was not valid and there was nothing she could do either. Now I’m scrambling.
Finally I went back to the same store. B****na was able to query the system and let me know the package was delivered successfully a few hours prior. She did this in no time.
Huge thank you to her!
Other employees should definitely take notes and learn from her example!

The store enforces its closing time very strictly. At exactly 7:00 PM, the doors were locked, even though there were still customers inside taking additional time to finish wrapping their packages. I arrived promptly at 7:00 PM with an urgent package that was already labeled and ready for drop-off, which would have taken only a moment. Despite knocking on the door and showing that I had just one prepared package, the staff refused to open the door.
Meanwhile, I observed that the customers inside were allowed to remain for approximately 15 more minutes to finish their packaging. It seemed unreasonable that the staff could not quickly accept my prepared drop-off while other customers were still being accommodated. This reflects poor and inconsistent customer service. While customers who arrive before closing are given flexibility, those who arrive at closing time with a quick, ready-to-go drop-off are turned away. Having been a loyal customer here for years, this experience was disappointing, and unfortunately, I will no longer be returning.

Almost 9am on a Monday and the store isn’t open yet (8am posted opening time). If hours have been updated they need to be posted, or get someone in the store on time

I had a disappointing experience at this UPS Store due to unprofessional and unhelpful customer service. I came in to return an Amazon package and was told by the staff member—without any courtesy or explanation—that I had to purchase one of their boxes in order for them to accept it.
When I explained that I already had a suitable box and could bring it in, the employee responded rudely and dismissively, saying she wasn’t sure if I could use my own packaging. Rather than offering guidance or checking the policy, she showed no willingness to help or clarify the process.
Customer service should involve at least a basic level of professionalism and respect. Unfortunately, that was not the case during my visit. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training, especially for staff handling returns and customer interactions.

I have had consistently great service from all of the staff at this store, for many years. They are always pleasant, professional and prompt when taking care of customers.

Every single associate here goes out of their way to be helpful and kind. I’ve been in here four times and each time they are extremely kind, helpful and considerate. Ive never seen anything like it before.

9/10 times my experience has been exceptional here. Generally in and out in a jiffy.
Except for today when I encountered this rude person while dropping off Amazon returns.
Had 2 items to drop off that came in a single box. So naturally carried the items in the box. Presented the first bar code and when I presented the second one, he got irritated and started saying “we can’t just scan a code and put anything in the box. What was the item I just scanned?”
I told it’s here in the box and then showed that to him. Then went ahead and gave the second package. He took it eventually but he wasn’t friendly at all.
The kid needs to learn how to talk to customers which is an essential part of the job.
Generally, the other kids/employees at this store are very friendly and know how to talk, except this one I had to unfortunately face today.
Will continue to come back here nevertheless.
