Wish I have more than 5 STARS to give. Please bank with United Bank in Ashburn and see to experience what customer service is all about. The folks in this branch are courteous, professional and incredibly nice. My experience with this bank's Ashburn branch so far is very pleasant and for that matter it exceeds my expectations. I have introduced my friends to this branch and they all are just as happy as I am!

Mrs. Zahra Karimi has been my personal financial banker for the past eight years and I've been very pleased by her professional services. She is always one phone call or eMail away and is very prompt, knowledgable in her response. United Bank is a fantastic establishment, ran by leaders like Mrs. Zahra Karimi.

I can't believe that you can't deposit a check unless the branch is open. I'm used to a different United Bank branch that has ATM deposit, and I was totally surprised that I was unable to deposit a check either at this location or at Purcellville. I would up taking it to DC when I went Monday.

I'm giving 3 stars because the bank isn't up to date much on things. not being able to deposit at atm's. the app is not that great, and no way to do mobile deposits. Bank really needs to update But customer service is always good. Felice is really really great. Twice i had an issue with money being withdrawn out of my acct before it was suppose to be and she called me so that we could fix it before before they drowned me in bank fees. It's my second bank so switching isn't a huge deal but more up to date services would be great. 5 stars for Felice!

I was a customer of Cardinal Bank, but they were bought out by United. I don't like their ATM's because you can not make a deposit in them, which is frustrating.

The young girl that works here is incompetent! Very clumsy and inattentive. She gives back the wrong change all the time, takes a very long time with processing, messes up account information and is very indifferent. The older woman takes a long time to deposit and withdraw cash as well. Also, their app is useless and they don't have mobile check deposit. Nowadays, everything is online. United bank needs to fix this.
