This place needs to be shutdown. Selling false products, products that dont work and they never take anything back. No wonder they have so much product. Half of it is fake. Please find another shop so this one is closed.

There’s not much of a variety at all. The selections are slim, devices look like they’ve been opened before. If you’re looking for “glass pipes” this is not the place lol

Horrible quality glass, rude staff, not a friendly or welcoming experience. Cheap, unreliable products. Bought an expensive glass bubbler, 3 days later the bottom was cracked and leaking. Very gently used, went to exchange it thinking it wouldn't be an issue since it's obviously not a quality product, and was refused.

They charged me double for my items. Was in a rush at the time so didn't pay attention. Called back after realizing and they said talk to the owner who doesn't speak English.

Tobacco Hut is a complete and utter scam and waste of money! For starters these people don't even understand English. Second, I purchased a rechargeable vape on August 16th and paid a WHOPPING $27,00 dollars for it. I went back to the vape shop today and requested a new one because that was had a burnt taste to it. The owner/manger said they wouldn't give me a new one, but insisted I buy another one for $20.00 dollars. I told them I will not buy a new one, and they should replay the damaged one I literally got 2 days ago. So whoever is reading this, please don't waste your money here! They don't give discounts and they don't replace defective products. My advise is for you to go to (Ashburn Cigars & Vapes) they are extremely nice and will offer discounts and replace defective vapes.

Bought fake Kratom here, and the clerk refused to take it back. Capsules full of white powder. Second jar they opened for me looked like it had sawdust in it. Avoid this shop at all cost. I was ripped off with no recourse.

This new guy working here never answers the phone while he is talking on his personal phone while working. He opens the shop way later than the time they are supposed to be open. I also bought a vape here and it immediately leaked, previous people would give me a new one for free, but this guy just offered $5 off a new one smh. Get him out of there

I have never been more disappointed with customer service in my whole life. They sold me a delta 8 cart and two days after I got it, it stopped working. I brought it in for a refund or exchange and they didn't believe it was broken. The staff treated me terribly and talked down on me and it seemed to be because I was a female. They finally gave me a new cart for half price and almost didn't let me keep the broken one that I PAID FOR. never come here. I would give it zero stars if I could.
