Methodic, knowledgeable , smart, efficient, and very professional. Her recommendations on getting the property ready and staged for sale is right on spot. Her comp analysis, pricing, and marketing effort on the recent sale of our property resulted in receiving multiple offers all above the asking price which was originally set at the top of the market price range and a contract that was closed in two weeks! Tanya was amazing to work with and I could not recommend her more! She helped us stage our home to get the best possible dollar. She would come over to the home and even help put things up or move things in the home with us. We also had a 1yr that she was so considerate of while booking viewings or set up the open house. Our home sold so quick (4 days) and over asking price! I definitely can say its because of Tanya's hard work, friendly demeanor and easy to work with that made that happen. We rave to about her to all our friends and family about how much she helped us. Again I cannot recommend her enough-she is beyond amazing!

Ms. Tanya Kerr did a phenomenal job to quickly sell my home. From start to finish, she proved herself to be a top producing real estate agent with extensive knowledge of the real estate market. She listened carefully to my desires, provided her expert recommendations, and carried out the full task of getting my home under contract the second day after it went on the market, went to closing three weeks later, I could not have asked for anything more. She is a true professional who is very detailed, communicates extremely well (always providing updates and keeping me in the loop of things), is very attentive and responsive, and provides the ultimate pressure-free experience. I was also very impressed with her desires to obtain feedback regarding if her services met my expectations as well as her desire to know if there was anything that she could improve on. I first met Tanya in 2012 on a multi-family ski trip to Austria where she was the trip captain. There I saw her awesome organizational skills first hand. I also found out she is an Air Force veteran, so I knew she has drive, passion, and a commitment to excellence. So in 2017 when it was time for us to move back to the Untied States/Northern Virginia from Germany, there was only one realtor choice for us. Tanya is Amazing. She was able to find us a house during the Holidays which is a feat in itself, bargained for under market value, was extremely knowledgeable in market prices/locations, very flexible with going to see houses, and on top of it all has a great personality that makes home shopping enjoyable. Couldn't be happier with her service. Saddest part of buying the house is not seeing her anymore. Our kids miss her already.
