I went there on my lunch break to dispute a charge impossible to have a customer service see me. I was there 30 plus minutes and I begged them to see me I had to get back to work. Nope do not use that branch !!! Manager not helpful!!!

The female clerk is friendly. And that's the only thing positive I can say about this bank. The manager is pretentious and not friendly or helpful at all. And even a man that the teller asked to help me was not accommodating as well.Even when you're just depositing a check through the drive-through, it takes forever! Yes I know I still deposit checks at the bank! LOL but I also deposit checks at another bank, and it's super quick.

If i could give 0 star I would. Truist is the worse bank I have to deal with for my car loan, and this location was one of the worse locations. The manager, MiMi, was the one who volunteered to help and she was as useless as anything. She didnt know what she was doing, kept giving me different information about my account, and then basically didnt solve my issue when I left from the bank. I hope i can soon get out of having to deal with Truist all together.

Lakshmi Chavvakula of Suntrust was very helpful to me when I was opening a business account for my new business. I never had a bank account before, and she made the entire process less stressful. She was even willing to go past bank hours to help me. The customer support at Suntrust is incredible, and I owe a lot to her for all she has done for me.

Been with them my whole life. They take care of me but still try to sell.my.on EVERY product they have. I go in there to get a new debit card.....and for 30 minutes they try to sell me stuff. Please, stick to the basic stuff. Stop trying to put me into debt.

Check cleared my account and showed in my available balance. No holds, the check was cleared and posted. However when I went in to do a wire transfer, it was denied. Their reason was that the funds were not yet collected.If funds are not available, do not list them in "Available balance". Ridiculous!

Not happy at all with Suntrust in Ashburn. I deposited a check, the check posted, and the money updated in my Available balance. Except it certainly is NOT available. I needed to use the money for a wire transfer, and despite the check posting and the available balance updating, I was refused the wire transfer because the funds were not yet "collected". If the funds are not available, then DO NOT show them in my "Available balance". I will be looking for another bank ASAP.

Online bill paying works great until it doesn't. Online support is an AI system that is worthless for individual issues. Calling and navigating the maze of "customer support" is frustrating. In my case they could not resolve or even clearly explain what changed in their system (or possibly a third party that actually does the bill paying). Now that they're in the middle of a merger to become Truist, I have no hope for things getting any better. So if you're concerned about getting your mortgage consistently paid on time, Join me in looking for another bank.

I receive great service from this Sun Trust branch. All of its employees make me feel welcomed. In addition, one of the personal banker Sasi is exceptional. She goes above and beyond to assist.

Tellers are very slow. Went to get direct deposit information and online banking info...lady in office was not giving correct information and was shocked that you have to pay for checks

I rarely leave reviews and usually only do if I have a lot of positives to report, but I had to leave one here because am extremely frustrated with the service at the drive-thru at this particular location today. I came by at 1:15pm, was the only one in the drive-thru and didn't see many cars in the parking lot. I waited a good 7 mins before someone even acknowledged i was there (I pressed the call button maybe 3-4x) and had a simple transaction that took somewhere around 10 minutes or more as I had two screaming babies waiting in the car with me. I'm not sure if this is a staffing issue or what but is clear it's a problem, as I'm now seeing other similar reviews regarding this
