Such a great experience at Solidcore in Ashburn! All of the coaches are wonderful and do a great job at explaining all the aspects of class prior to start. Can't say enough great things about this studio!

THe class is challenging, the music and coaches are motivating and the vibe is like no other. The communtiy is encouraging and kind. The benefits of the workout are unmatched. There is always something new to take from the workout so you never do the same thing in a class.

Terrible customer service.. the prices are too high and you cannot reach this establishment. I had to cancel tonight as stuck on route 7 during storm. No response other than you list your “expensive” drop in credit. Management very poor as to prior years. Will be surprised if they stay in business.

Solidcore Ashburn is an amazing workout led by the most awesome instructors. It challenges you all the while building strength and stamina. It take a few classes to get used to it so I'd suggest going at least 2-3 times in that first week to really get a full experience.

Every coach is so unique and really pushes you to help you build your strongest self (mentally and physically). This place is like no other. I would 100% recommend it.

Hardest strength training you’ll ever do! Try it ASAP! Coaches are great!

Obsessed is an understatement. The classes have low lights and loud music to help you get out of your head and focus on yourself for 50 mins. If you've ever wanted to try it, just go for it! I did and have continued to show up for last 4 years. I truly love this workout, community, and coaches.

I've been hearing a lot about solid-core through social media, so I grabbed my best work out buddy and we signed up for a beginner class Sunday morning. Let me just say, this work out kicked my BUTT. The goal of solidcore is essentially to work your muscles to failure. Listen up ladies and gentlemen, to FAILURE. Five minutes in and my friend and I exchanged looks of, "THAT was just the warm up?" with beads of sweat rolling down our face. Even though it was a beginner class, I was dying throughout the whole thing. You can definitely keep up if you pace yourself, but I won't pretend it wasn't extremely challenging. It also made me realize I don't work on my core enough...I didn't think I was that out of shape since I regularly go to the gym for my usual cardio session and (sometimes) weightlifting, but I left this class second-guessing myself. On the flip slide, I loved the environment here. The classes are kept small for good reason! When we first arrived, we were greeted by the instructor, Lindsay, and she also showed us how to use the machines. During the class, she gave out words of encouragement amongst the blaring music through her mic, telling us what a good job we were doing by calling out our names (which surprised me that she even remembered). It was extremely personable and motivated me to push myself to not give up during the work out. And trust me, I wanted to give up several times during the class because my whole body was trembling. The classes are expensive, which is one of the reasons holding me back from becoming a regular, but it's definitely a good work out and was told that it gets easier the more you go!

Only went for one class and it was amazing. Only reason I didn't sign was the cost. It was too expensive and definitely for the rich. Otherwise: THE best workout I've ever had. Wish I could go back. The instructor was helpful and patient and the reformers were clean. Space was clean.

A year later my review from last year still stands! Some coaches have changed but still just as motivating and inspiring as they were from day 1.
