I felt extremely disappointed and disrespected during my visit to Serenity Nails. The nail tech sat me down and asked me several times what color i was choosing even though I had just sat down. It felt like she was trying to rush through and it did not make sense because from my understanding I had time to pick a color because she had to do the pedicure first. Once that was done I had a manicure done and she interrupted my friend and I several times to remind me I had to pay after my treatment, which I thought was a given. Immediately after finishing my nails she asked me to hand her my purse so she could charge me. Then, she asked again separately for a tip. My hands were still wet. To be clear i was of course aware I had to pay for the service and i always tip service industry workers well because i know it is hard, but all in all, this was not a good experience. My nails didn’t last half as long as they do from other salons.

The manicurist I go to is Angie, and she is amazingly talented! Every time I show her a reference for the style design I’d like, she ALWAYS delivers! Her creativity and passion is what keeps me coming back. Last night, I showed her a design that had some complexity to it, but she made my nails exactly the same! Also, pricing is reasonable!

This place was great when I first walked in. The lady immediately took me and was able to finish my acrylic nails in a timely manner. She perfectly matched my nail inspiration picture which was amazing. It has been less than a week(6 days) and 3 acrylic nails have fallen off without me picking at it. When I just do normal tasks like trying to get a knot out of my hair, a nail falls out. I thought these nails would last longer but turns out they don't. This really disappointed me.

This place definitely overcharges. On their website it says that powder removal is $15 but they charged me $20 for the removal (nails uneven) and asked for a tip on top of it. I also cane to do powder on my natural nails which was short and I got charged $85. It’s really sketchy. Will not be coming back for the dishonesty.

Very relaxed vibe. The owners and the staff are very friendly. Recommend Nana, her work and art work are fantastic! My mother in law went during her stay and she wouldn't stop mentioning how gentle Nana was on her hands. She's amazing!!

I visited this nail salon on Saturday. The lady who serviced me (I don't know her name, but her hair was blond). I got the $60 pedi which consisted of removal of callouses and scrub. When the lady skipped over doing that task, I inquired in which she told me "oh your feet aren't that bad. You don't need it." I was annoyed about this. The $60 pedi called for that and how she decided to not do it and not ask me if I was ok about is beyond me. The massage I got was subpar. She did nothing beyond the service but when it came time to check out she asked "do you have cash for tip or are you putting it on the card?" WAIT WHAT?! I couldn't believe what she just said. Not only did she take it upon herself to not do some of the things in my $60 pedi, she had the nerve to ask for a tip! I plan on never visiting this place again. Tipping is optional and I certainly don't mind doing it for great customer service. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would.

Got a pedi and dip manicure. The pedicure was standard. The dip manicure wasn't the best. It was fine (hence the 4 stars) but not really up to my standards. She cut the cuticles too close and now my nails are sore. Doubt I'd go again

My go to nail salon! It’s the only one I’ve been to where my nail color doesn’t chip! Sophia is amazing! They are always quick to get you in too. Can’t say enough great things about this business.

I had the pleasure of visiting this nail salon and receiving services from Nana. Nana took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and executed it flawlessly. Her attention to detail and precision left me with beautifully dip powdered nails that exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Nana for anyone looking for top-notch nail care. I'll definitely be returning.

I love coming here. Chenda always does an amazing job and checks on me throughout the appointment to make sure I'm comfortable and happy with what she is doing. I love the attention to detail!

Finally found a great place to get my nails done in Nova thanks to my aesthetician ! I'm pretty simple with my nails being one color. But I do get dip and I like my nails filed a certain way and looking thin not the hideous thick layers you get at some places. Found my favorite nail tech Nana. Overall everyone is super friendly and accommodating with walk-ins.

My girl wasn't there and Linh did my nails. She was rushing and didn't do a good job cleaning and painted my nails so thick with the gel

Everytime I come in Angie does a good job on my nails. She is a woman of few words but if you show her a picture she can draw it just like that! And my nails always last over 3 weeks.
