Ahhhh Saliq! I cannot say enough good things about Saliq. My family and I found ourselves looking to buy in the worst possible time (1/2021) and in the most sought after areas of northern VA. We took the recommendations from our friends and from our lender. After researching and talking with all the recommendations, we were all in after talking with Saliq and have never regretted that decision! We must have seen 70 homes and put in 8 *REALLY good offers* but we were being out offered by all cash offers committing to no contingencies and >$50K over asking; before getting our 9th offer accepted. We also had a 5 month old when we started looking and since this was in the height of COVID, Saliq quickly became her new favorite person since we weren’t able to see family/friends during that time. We joke (but also are serious) that Saliq is her favorite uncle. To this day, he has spent as much, if not more time with her than her actual uncles. He gave us the best advice and was honest about what type of offer it would take to be competitive. This was our first home buying experience and was not during the most straight forward time to be making offers- gone were days of offering under or even slightly above asking. He never made us feel like he was getting tired of looking at places week after week, even though it felt like we saw a million places. His connections were also super helpful. We have recommended Saliq to all of our friends who are looking to buy and will continue to do so. My personality type is such that I don’t give compliments “easily” (read: I don’t give compliments just for doing your job)- but I cannot recommend Saliq enough, he constantly went above and beyond. We could not have asked for a better realtor and will 100% use him again in the future- you should too!

Very easy to talk to and understands his clients well. He was able to ease our minds as we moved back to the dmv from Texas with a rental and then again to our first home in one of the toughest markets! Flexible with his schedule and responds promptly.

My husband and I were first time home buyers. We were nervous buyers and we asked a lot of questions but Saliq was always up for the job! He always responded quickly and efficiently. He always made sure to be available whenever we needed him. He showed us houses whenever and never made us feel bad about looking at a lot of homes haha. We ended up getting our dream townhouse even though we got out bid! He made our dreams come true and I couldn’t have ask for better realtor/friend! Thanks a bunch!

The only reason why my husband and I were able to sanely purchase our first new home in January was entirely because of Saliq. We started our home search in November with no clear idea of what we wanted in a house besides a roof and some walls. Saliq was not only patient with us but encouraged and advised us through every single step while at the same time we never felt like we were being pressured to make a decision. He came with us to see more than 15 houses. We felt entirely comfortable and reassured that Saliq had our backs and was on our team throughout it all. When there were roadblocks during the closing process, Saliq understood exactly what we wanted and exceeded all of our expectations. I personally was very anxious and when I jokingly asked to be updated every hour, he still did it. He’s wonderful and we could not be happier to have him involved during this huge moment in our lives.10/10 would recommend!
