This is a model location. Friendly staff, clean facilities, and most importantly, delicious chicken. It is hard to find other locations that live up to this locations greatness. Only request is that strawberry milk is brought back. I always trust this location to have staff who care.

I went to pick up my 2-piece chicken, which they forgot to include last week, along with my new order tonight. Excited and hungry, I found the chicken was bloody raw. I called to speak with Vania in a calm and relaxed manner, but to my surprise, she insisted I come back tomorrow to speak with the manager about my "complaints," even though this was technically my first one. (Last week, the manager told me to mention my name to receive my missing order.)I explained that I wasn't seeking free chicken but rather wanted to provide feedback as a patron to ensure they cook their chicken properly. She insisted that I have problems every time and couldn't give me any more free chicken. Normally, I'm understanding and polite, but this woman really pushed my buttons. She could have simply apologized and assured me that the kitchen staff would be informed, but instead, she seemed dismissive. It's clear she shouldn't be handling phone calls, and it's essential for management to address this behavior.

Customer service at the register is non-existent. I occasionally have lunch there and the food is good.

Convenient location and nice team members, but this location leaves MUCH to be desired. Always out of service pumps, and if they DO work, they trickle and take forever.Trash cans always overflowing. Air pumps don't work.We aren't trapped consumers, and can choose from many other gas stations, DO BETTER please. It would be nice to take advantage of the convenient location.

Clean, very friendly, & more cost efficient than other gas stations. Their chicken is awesome. Plus, there are lots of ways to save money and/or earn free products with their loyalty program!

Worst customer service! Stopped in around 4am to get some chicken after making a delivery nearby. The guy behind the counter told me it would be 20min wait. I asked why because there was chicken in the tray I was looking right at it. He said because that’s the morning chicken?!?! And he can’t leave the tray empty because I’m about to go?!?! Like WTH, so you are selling old chicken in the morning….needles to say I left without any chicken! DON’T BUY CHICKEN IN THE MORNING ITS OLD! Seriously cooked hours earlier!

Diesel pumps have not worked the last 3 times I’ve been here in a month and there hasn’t even been a sign or bags over the pumps. Why should I bother trying to come back?!

I went to two locations and almost served 4 day old salads that employees had zero clue about and ontop of that with their Royal farm logo on it said it's not made in house so they couldn't help me I will jo longer return god knows how long that chicken has been sitting in the back for and I hate to even give this one star this is zero stars and deserves nothing till they start checking dates

Used to be great here. Last two times I’ve stopped for fuel they have 0 paper towels at pumps. Asked for some inside. Tonight the person just laughed and kept eating chips until I insisted I needed paper towels for the pump. Wow.

Yummy, so delicious. When this chicken is fresh made, it is the best. The parking was easy and I see I could have ordered ahead.

Stooped in for a fountain soda and breakfast. Sausage egg and cheese biscuit was good. Employees are always nice here.
